This hotel offers nothing above and beyond any other holiday inn. The facility is a bit dated and staff knock on your door to clean your room prior to check out time- not cool! You're paying only for the proximity to the Grand Canyon.

This hotel was a very popular location for people heading to The Grand Canyon. There is no wow factor to this hotel, but nothing that would make me never stay again. No gym which is disappointing. Not everyone is getting their workout by hiking.

we recently stayed here on our visit to the Grand Canyon. It was nice and close to the Canyon.. about 5-7 minutes driving. The hotel staff was very pleasant and attentive. The room was clean but a little dated. It could use some updating.. the bathroom was small.. in fact the door swung about 1 inch from the toilet.. The...

We were greeted with a very friendly staff member and check-in was quick and efficient. They also provided information on sunrise/sunset, restaurants that were recommend and those that were within walking distance and recommendations for locations in the park for sunrise and sunset. That was totally unexpected but provided very valuable information which we used during our stay to the...

We just spent a week touring national parks in AZ and UT. Breakfast at this hotel was the best we experienced. The selection was varied and plentiful. The warm cinnamon rolls were fabulous. The attendant was extremely helpful and friendly. She helped my son make pancakes and also made hot chocolate for him. The beds were comfortable and the room...

This place if pretty rough. Funny things is that it was completely booked full. We left the hotel within 10 minutes after walking into the room #100 and drove to Tuscon. We got a suite in Tuscon at a very nice hotel for the same price.....however it was not about the money.

We checked in and as soon as we entered our room they called to make sure we liked our room and that we had everything we needed. The breakfast the next morning was great. Wonderful choice of food and the service in the dining room a Was exceptional. Would definitely stay here again.

Stayed here two nights while visiting Grand Canyon National Park. My room was in the separate building and was nice, clean, and comfortable. The free breakfast was out on time both mornings but the omelets and biscuits were not very warm either morning. The hotel is very close to two different park shuttle bus stops and several restaurants. Would stay...

Stayed here for a couple of days for a Grand Canyon visit with my family. Had room 342 on 4/4/17 for about 3 hours until we tried to shower and found out that there was NO hot water. All the hot water feeds were cold. I called the front desk and they initially acted like this was a surprise. They...

Hi Shyam P, Thanks for taking the time to leave feedback, we're glad to have hosted you and your family. Although it's great to know that your stay was comp'd, it's disconcerting to learn that we fell below expectations as you were letdown by the overall hotel upkeep. Your comments are valuable and inline with this, do know that I've...

4/2/17 I really wanted to like this hotel but encountered a housekeeping issue upon arrival - dirty toilet. (I will spare the details) The front desk was friendly but appeared to be overworked with just 2 on staff during busy Spring Break. The man who checked me in was also having to answer the busy phones. I felt guilty for...
