The hotel might of been something in its glamour days, but not today. It is showing wear and tear. The room was good but it needed work, new paint and some bleach for the mould. There is no TV, no big deal, but most hotels have a tv. The deck area needs new chairs and lounge chairs. The pool table...

After looking at some of the previous reviews I was second guessing staying here, but so glad I did! I had an exec private room which was lovely. Bed and pillows were comfy, shower was hot and there was plenty of space. The terrace upstairs was great with plenty of sunshine and had lounge chairs, tables, games, pool table, etc....

I loved it here. The staff were great and so was the location. We stayed for a week whilst we learnt Spanish at a school nearby. Hot tub on the terrace with great views. fellow travellers recommended that we stay here and it didn't disappoint.

My partner and I originally booked Mikaso for two nights for 200Q per night, and the room was disgusting and for what it was it was a complete rip off, the sheet didn't fit the mattress so kept coming off, no tv, the pillows smelt (clearly hadn't been washed), the shower was barely even warm. I was so grossed out...

Hotel is far away from downtown amenities. When you get to the dock, walking distance to the hotel is far away, you need a tuk-tuk. You can get cheaper hotels closer to restaurants and bars. Restaurant was close during lunch when we got there, for no specific reason.

Pros: -Lake view -Good pizza but expensive. -Hot tub Cons: -Took us a while to find the place and when we did staff were very standoffish and unfriendly -Wifi worked on only 1/3 days we were there. On the day it did work, it only worked in one corner of the hotel. No explanation from staff. -The dorm rooms have...

Nice hotel, very friendly staff (they were pretty flexible even though i had messed up my online booking) and right at the lake. I stayed there for two nights. From the restaurantterrace the lake loods so pretty. The hotel is somewhat hard to find as it is located at a backalley from the main road. Which also means it's a...

I like this place is beauty and confortable. Have the best pizza in the town. Mario the chef is also. Maybe you take one pizza and a beer and stay in the jacuzzi and see the afternoon show in the lake.

We stayed for two nights in Sep. 2016 (couple). This place has quite a few issues: It's overpriced compared to other places, a regular private room costs 250Q per night and they won't budge on the price even though it was the off season. Shower was pretty bad, not very clean, the water wasn't hot and the current was very...
