Beautiful green garden and a relaxing cafe right on the lakeside which makes you feel you are on a boat or just floating. Wonderful sunset views and the happy hour is accompanied by great music. It is an ideal place to enjoy a fews days of just sitting back and taking it easy.

I was a couple of days in the Hotel La Casa Rosa, St. Cruz, managed by a Guatemalan woman. I enjoyed the peaceful and nice garden atmosphare of this hotel. In December 2011, they opened a very lovely Garden Lounge with a perfect view to the lake. This is a wonderful improvement of the Hotel (i was there before) as...

We had a very nice stay at La Casa Rosa for about 2.5 days. We loved the bungalo we stayed in, and the patio area is great. Breakfast and happy hour are enjoyable. Beautiful location and nearby views offer unforgettable experience. Make sure you visit the small Santa Cruz town up the hill (you can take a 3-wheeler taxi if...

La Casa Rosa has a gorgeous patio area right on the water and every night they have a happy hour special that is a great deal. It's just one drink option per night but we tried a few of them while we were there and were always impressed at how well made they were. I even discovered a new favorite...

This is the third year in a row that my wife and I have stayed at Casa Rosa for a week at Christmas. We just love the quiet family atmosphere and Dona Rosa's hospitality. It is a small hotel with a splendid tropical garden where you can relax in the hammoc catching up on your reading, as I read Hundred...

We had a very pleasant stay here. The property is directly on the lake and although there is no lake view from the breakfast area or room we took a couple of chairs down to the lower patio and sat feet from the Lake with a beautiful view. Anywhere in Europe or the US and you would be paying $300...
