Our 5 day stay at the Copa de Arbol EXCEEDED our expectations. We were greeted at the waters edge by Randall, the manager, and escorted up to the lobby to be greeted by Albert and a refreshing drink (Just like the virtual tour). And just like the virtual tour the resort property was fabulous. Our bungalow was nestled in the...

Spent 5 nights at Copa de Arbol. Remote, relaxing, amazing! Waking up in Cabin #9 with an incredible view of the ocean... reading/napping by the pool or in the hammock at my cabin... watching the sunset at the beach with a cocktail. It was a fantastic trip. I enjoyed scuba diving at cano island and a tour of corcovado national...

The folks at Copa are incredible. From working with Summer on the reservations to the farewell takeoff in the surf; it's all a treat. The cabinas are nicely appointed (but no place to put your clothes) and comfortable. The beds are firm. A/C works great and the bathrooms are nicely appointed. The food is delicious and consistent. The staff is...

We stayed at Copa de Arbol for 7 days with our two 10 & 12 year grandsons. The "duplex" cabina #10 and # 11 worked out perfectly as we both had our own rooms connected by a large deck with hammock, tables and chairs. We had an extra twin bed added to the queen in cabina #11 so each boy...

We had a wonderful time staying here. Room was very clean and the products made me happy to use, I loved the smells . I wish I had some mango cream lotion right now lol The tours offered are great, especially hiking Corcovado national Park, you see everything minus the large cat animals, they don't like humans. The food and...

This hotel provided a unique experience that was wonderful. We enjoyed the very relaxed atmosphere. The owners were on the premises and were very friendly. The staff was equally friendly and very attentive. They bent over backwards to accommodate our needs. For example, we went horseback riding in the morning on the day we left and when my husband mentioned...

We recently visited Copa de Arbol for 5 days (Feb. 10-14). First of all, our arrival was an adventure itself! Because the airport had been closed in Drake Bay for maintenance, we were rerouted to Palmar Sur airstrip, picked up by a taxi and taken to Sierpe where we boarded a boat that took us down the river and across...

The people working at this hotel are very talented, very smart and super friendly. The accommodations are appropriately comfortable, maintained and designed. We enjoyed all the excursions with the hotel and fellow guests, as well as friendly and tranquil mealtimes. Very happy we chose to stay here.

This small place is beautiful, has a great vibe to it, it is small and remote. Thing to do here is go on various walks and adventures with Walter, the house guide. He is excellent and the experiences are wonderful. We also thought the food was nicely done, nicely portioned and expertly served by the dining room staff. It is...

This is not for everyone but we loved it. Be prepared for walking, some steps and rocks, you will need a flashlight - but the experience is worth it. We had at least 25 monkeys come over our roof and jump into the tree next to our deck. 3 scarlet macaws flew by. The pool is glorious and the food...
