It was a privilege to be a guest of such a great team. Special congrats to the invisible chef. Every meal was delicious, perfectly cooked and seasoned. The bungalows are fantastic and well isolated. The garden and the close forest with its trail tracks are fabulous. The beach and its great sunsets and sunrises is beautiful. All activities were perfectly...

What a great experience on all accounts. Copa de Arbol truly embodies the "pura vida" lifestyle. It is a five star resort but doesn't have the stuffy, uppity feel of a resort of this caliber. We had tremendous service, every meal was delicious and the vista were gorgeous. This place is ultra exclusive, only accessible by boat or a 45...

This is truly an amazing place, so beautiful and unique. A small treasure. The best vacation ever. You get there via a very speedy 45 minute boat ride through the mangroves to the Pacific Ocean and take a left. Wow! Hop off the back of the boat onto the shore, plan to get your feet wet, and you're greeted by...

I could barely stand to leave this serene, beautiful beach/jungle location where the service made me feel like a 'princesa!' I can not say enough about the staff who anticipated what we wanted before we realized we did - this is a place that really minds the details! Staying in this small secluded resort allows you to feel close to...

We travel a lot and this is the first time I've been inspired to write a review on TripAdvisor. I cannot recommend Copa de Arbol more strongly. We almost spontaneously added 4 more days to the end of our trip to return, but my wife could not get out of work. If you are looking for the perfect combination of...

My wife recently returned here after visiting for the first time three years ago, and everything was just as magical as we remembered. The staff was attentive to our every need, and the food is incredible. My wife and I are both vegetarian (plus I have food allergies), and the chefs accommodated that easily. We took the paddle boards out...

If you really want to experience Costa Rica you must go to the Copa De Arbol Beach & Rainforest Resort in Drake Bay! It will truly change your view of luxury. Randal, the resort manager, will meet you at the beach when you arrive and tell you to take off your shoes. The next time you'll put them back on...

We were in cabin #1-the closest to the beach and restaurant. The manager Randall/Randolf was there to greet us as the beach when we arrived, he was also there with the owner's dog who I believe is named star fruit or blossom. They reminded me of Mr, Rourke and Tattoo from Fantasy Island which this beautiful place is. You get...

Stayed for 6 nights in Feb with the whole family, ranging 16 to 81 yrs and everyone had a great time. Mom didn't come on all the excursions, but came away feeling as if she belonged - special treats from the staff, special attention from the friendly owners, etc. Couldn't have asked for more. The rest of us saw as...

Justin at Costa RIcan Vacations helped us plan our first trip to this country, and he recommended this property so highly that we ended up changing our dates by a couple of days just so we could stay here. It was SO worth it! Everyone on the staff was amazing, and the seclusion and beauty of the location is incomparable....
