My incidentals was never refunded to me. I was charged one amount when I arrived with the promise of incidentals returned to me. When I checked out was told incidentals would be back in my account. Instead they charged me a different amount and I was never given said incidentals back. $211 lost in translation
American Airlines put us up in this hotel and I tell you for this starting out to be a nightmare trip Double Tree staff especially John Mendes and Caise (front desk) made it exceptionally delightful. They went way above and beyond to make our stay as pleasant as possible. It is employees like this that will make us return guest over and over again. Thank you Double Tree for hiring such caring staff job well done!
Another lousy Hilton hotel poor security noise through the whole night $50 surcharge attached to your credit card every night of your stay unnecessary rooms were dirty when we requested the rooms to be cleaned the rooms were never cleaned
We've been staying here for years, but this is our last visit. It took 3 days of asking to get our room cleaned. Then at 8AM we asked to extend one more day and the front desk said fine just come over and get a new key. Around noon I went over and was told that they were overbooked and they wanted us to leave. The manager couldn't be bothered to get off the phone (10-15 minutes) to talk with me so I left the lobby. 3:30 and still no call from the manager and my key doesn't work anymore. I wonder how I was supposed to divine that I needed to find a different hotel without a call from the front desk? I suspect bad management is the primary issue, customer service is thing of the past here. I am very disappointed.
The room was quiet and the a/c cold, nice. When I reached the assigned room there was a maintenance person in the room working. The breakfast was sad, very limited in choices and service was “so so”. !
