This hotel was a last minute find due to over booking. Before arriving, I was disappointed, tired and worried that I would not find a room to say the least. The host Ashley immediately made my mood change. She assured me that I will be accommodated quickly so I could rest. She checked me in quickly and I was able to sleep. I also had an opportunity to watch her interact with an irate customer, she was very professional. The staff including the shuttle driver Russell displayed a high level of customer care.

Had a rocky start to trip but when we got here one room was ready super early and the other one wasn’t which was fine. Everyone was playing safe with covid which was nice. The rooms were perfect, bedding super comfy. Pool side room was awesome, love that they have a little patio off the rooms. The staff and Manager where more than accommodating and so friendly!!!! Very laid back place and an awesome pool! We would totally come back to stay here again. Also affordable!!!

I stayed here with a friend during President's week, and we had an excellent stay! The hotel provided a shuttle to/from the airport, and even took us to the car rental place. They checked us in right away without any problems. The staff was super friendly, and John + customer service was exceptional and always ready to handle anything we needed. Free coffee and pastries in the morning were a great addition. Pool was lovely with perfect temperature. The beds were heavenly. Overall would definitely stay here again...highly recommend!

First of all the staff became our friends. We knew everyone's name by the end of the trip. The most friendly, accommodating and helpful staff. They are so convenient with the shuttle. Worked with us so we made our flight perfectly with no rush or even delay to the airport. The hotel itself is very clean, beautiful and convenient in terms of location. They made me and my friend feel so relaxed before our trip. I recommend this hotel to all my friends. They will be making their trip there soon. Its near the airport but the hotel is nice and quiet at nights and the beds are super cozy.

It is good if you have an overnight stopover at the Phoenix airport. The hotel offers a free shuttle, but you have to call for it after you land. The hotel is dated and the rooms show that. But, the linens and bedding was comfortable and clean. Staff is pretty friendly and receptive. There is a swimming pool. Huge parking area. Seems like there is not much around the hotel for restaurants or nightlife. But, in the morning I had great views of some rocky hills and it gave a feel of being in Arizona. Many of the rooms had balconies, but the ones on the club level did not.
