I booked this for the price since I was coming for a tennis tournament and did not have a roommate to split costs. Hotel is in a good location, about 3-4 miles from Surprise Tennis Complex and set back enough from W. Bell Road to not hear traffic.. Lots of businesses and places to eat on W. Bell. Rhonda has been an the best, she has accommodated us through a very hard few days with our company and lack there of anything going right. The rooms are great, beds are clean and comfortable, the water pressure is awesome. They have eggs for breakfast and there is enough parking for large vehicles. Will make this my favorite hotel when in the area.. Thank you again Rhonda
Old and dated room decor. Room smelled bad. Carpet needed cleaning, the whole room needed a good scrubbing. Definitely would not recommend this hotel to anyone. No closet space to hang your clothes, just a small open space. Maid did not refresh coffee supplies on a daily basis.
nice Motel, good prices and excellent room would stay here again front desk Personnel were friendly and helpful, breakfast was okay it was just lacking some sort of meat either bacon or sausage oh, they may have run out don't know didn't ask had to make a return trip back to California
Among other things like a broken lock and having to move to another room. To dirty towels with tooth paste and other fresh stains, to warm refrig, and questionable men hanging out outside our room at about ten thirty pm we checked out in a hurry and went to the Hilton because of cockroaches crawling around
