Spent A month Here For Hasty Lodging. The units are old. The units are privately owned so your experience will vary. Some have been renovated. Some not. My unit was owned by Petri. It was well maintained.

These other reviews are very dated and the one bedroom unit we stayed in was furnished, clean and quiet. It was a third floor unit with elevator access. Pool and hot tub area clean, restaurant on site.

I enjoy my time at The Loge at Sun Ridge because of excellent customer service and superb hospitality. Visiting from another state, these people answer all my travel/location questions with poise and confidence. Again, thank you for a great time.

website lovely... two pools, two clubhouse, spas, decent furnished room with kitchen, covered parking... maybe this was somewhere... but i didn't see it or get it... reality was none of it was true. Kitchen cupboards were all water damaged, next to nothing in the drawers, need a screwdriver to turn on the dishwashers, "patio" was dark, dirty and barely held the one cheap plastic chair. One dinky, ugly pool with a couple of plastic chairs, no parking, tv off the wall and leaning on coffee table. Never felt safe. Just a dump. So bad I immediately walked out on my $400 deposit on the first day of March 2015 and had to find last minute, expensive accomodations for the entire month for my wife and myself.. yet that was preferable to staying

In November 2013 we booked a unit for the month of March 2014. We were shocked when we arrived, the place was filthy, in poor repair, no kitchen items to use, mold in bathroom, stains and burns in carpets, mattress was filthy and stained and no mattress pad. Owner John Caldamone was rude, unprofessional, and seriously misrepresents this place on the website. Told me I was wasting his time when I complained and asked to have something cleaned, repaired or replaced. On check out day (4/1/14) he stated he would refund $250.00 and if the previous tenant had even one minor complaint he would refund us $500.00. He ended up sending me da $1.00 bill with a note stating he wasn't going to refund anything else because of what I had written in a complaint to the Arizona BBB, giving him a copy. Also advised he does not respond to BBB complaints, that he's a legal beagle, and has tons of money so he can get with his attorney if I choose to pursue legal action. We could not move out and rent somewhere else as nothing was available in the area that was halfway reasonably priced, and we booked this dump 4 months in advance. DON'T RENT HERE!
