This was hands down my worst experience with a Hilton ever. I have never seen a worse attempt at customer service across the board. My dad, a Hilton Honors member for over 10 years, had gifted my husband and I a week in Sedona as a pre-baby gift. He is now seriously considering cutting ties with Hilton altogether after what we experienced this past week.  The confusion started when I booked directly through the Hilton Honors customer service. They could not explain to me why the rates were higher on the Honors website vs. Booking.com or Hotels.com. The agent gave zero effort to explain to me that it had to do with the resort fee.  The term "resort" to describe this property and its staff is truly laughable. The managerial staff were not only incompetent, but very, very rude.  A few days before our trip, we received a letter from the manager stating that there would be a water outage during our stay, without providing times or dates. The email had the emails of every guest in plain view, not bcc'd as usual. I could literally see everyone who was staying there and their emails. When I called guest services to ask about the water outage, the agent was extremely impatient and rude to me and said I could "shower in the morning" as a response to when I would be able to use the bathroom. There was a spa bathroom to use while the water was off, but no information about where the spa was located. She also told me that the hotel offered room service, which was not true. My favorite thing about hotels is getting room service and there was nothing. This same guest service agent was EXTREMELY rude when we arrived and needed help with the wifi.   When we arrived, the entire front entrance was blocked off and we had to enter through a random guest room, with poor signage. There were no concessions offered to us for the construction, nor the water outage.  Very poor customer service all around.  We were supposed to request housekeeping during our stay and that was NEVER explained to us.  Lastly, upon checkout, I had a room service charge on my bill! As well as a $4 coffee charge, both of which were incorrect. I specifically did not charge anything to my room during the stay. The front desk manager made me wait for 15 minutes while she looked through old receipts. She explained that she would only take off the room service charge because she couldn't find the receipt. She then made me wait again while she looked for a $4 receipt! Then asked me if "I was sure" that I didn't sign someone else's name. Totally unacceptable.  I will never stay here again and I will tell all my friends and family to stay elsewhere. The best part about the staff were the housekeeping staff and the bell staff. The entire managerial staff needs a swift firing and/or basic training in hotel customer service. Disgraceful.

Hotel's Favourite
Stayed at the hotel from 11/25/20 till 11/30/20. the hotel staff was great. Very friendly and helpful. We ate at the restaurant 1 evening and the food was very good. We loved to outdoor firepits and used the hot tub every evening after hiking all day. The location is great. only about 10 min from downtown Sedona. Plenty of shopping and restaurants local to hotel. very close to many great hiking spots. The room was very nice. had a gas fireplace and a view of the golf course. As for the COVID issue, we felt very safe at the hotel. All guests and staff wore masks. The elevators are restricted to 2 guests at a time and they provided wipes to press the buttons once inside the elevator. Hand sanitizer was readily available. Our room was sealed by a tag that confirmed it was cleaned with Lysol products prior to our arrival. You actually broke the seal when you entered the room for the first time. In the room was a list of all the surfaces that they cleaned. We did not use maid service but we were able to pick up fresh towels at the front desk. Overall I would recommend this hotel for you stay in Sedona.

Beautiful views! Enjoyed our room. Had a suite style. Outdoor patio seating is awesome. Fire pits and a great view. Breakfast is not great. Had to pick from Starbucks. Wish they could have done something a little nicer.

You will not regret your time here! This resort is one of the best I have ever stayed at! Is beautiful, convenient and very relaxing! Unfortunately the pool was shut down for maintenance during this time but we were able to still enjoy the amenities in the spa! Anthony and Chris at the front desk were great at helping me with all the questions I had. Also, there was a Bartender there that truly made it for us ! I can’t remember his name but he was from New York and he was super awesome! If you visit Sedona I Highly recommend this resort!
