Weekday prices reasonable for what you get but weekend prices are outrageous for nothing. We’ve never paid so much for a room and have it be so crappy. A motel 6 might have been better. While the grounds of the resort is very well maintained, the rooms are very outdated. Light bulbs burnt out and those they worked were dull. Just blah room for over $400 a night is ridiculous. Parking is hard to find if you come later in evening. Outside of heart of Sedona would have been fine but when the traffic is backed up to the resort, it can take 30-45 min to go a few miles to reach the restaurants. Golf course nice if that is your thing and there is a nice restaurant on site..pricey but nice. We won’t stay here again.
This was our second year in a row staying here. Our first time we were in the upgraded room with a fireplace & Jacuzzi- it was lovely. I was afraid that the "standard king room" might be a bit small; IT WAS NOT! Very roomy with a nice view & THE MOST comfy bed!! The staff, especially William, the concierge, (a bubbling fountain of knowledge who can answer any question you may have) are all so very welcoming & eager to accommodate. The onsite restaurant has quality & delicious food. The service is outstanding, especially Joseph at the bar. The view is beautiful, as well. The resort is centrally located for anything from hiking to shopping to dining out- but I would recommend eating onsite, at least once. There are many amenities as well. I cannot say enough about this place. I LOVE IT!!…
The resort was amazing on the outside. The room we stayed in needed and overall remodel. The tc remote did not work the sink Fossett leaked and the drain in another sink was very slow. There were lights out in lamps and the card reader for the entrance was terrible. Housekeeping was non existent and they would send a maintenance man to your room with requested items. He would show up with armfuls of miscellaneous things and never with what was actually requested.
Nice resort with a small pool and gym. The restaurant is large and has a lovely veranda. The room was big and clean. The bathrooms could use some updating. All staff, except the person checking us out was accomodating and pleasan.
Beautiful and famous rock formations surround the hotel and there are many amenities like pool, hot tub, spa, tennis courts, golf, and a restaurant. There are also numerous trailheads within walking distance from the hotel. The bathrooms are a bit dated and we did not have housekeeping service during our stay (they told us we could call for fresh sheets and make our bed!). Otherwise, it was a very comfortable stay for the price.
