The suites are big. We liked that we had everything we needed in the kitchen. We loved the resort, quiet, several heated pools, playground, mini golf, tennis court, free laundry, walking distance to the city. Truly recomended for families, or people that want to relax. My 2 years old loved it too. The front desk was very nice, as well as people working there. Anything you need, you just give them a call, and they bring it to you within 15 minutes. We loved our vacations at this resort.
Many shops and restaurants nearby. Room was small, hard to contact staff to correct maintenance issue. Called front desk from room phone twice, they never answered, call operator twice-never answered. Finally called resort number before connecting with staff. A disappointing stay.
I am a 72 year old grandmother vacationing with my daughter and two grandsons at a Diamond Resort in Sedona, AZ. Before 10PM tonight (Saturday night) we were playing a family game and there was knocking on our door. We opened up to a security guard telling us was quite rudely that there were complaints about noise. Believe me - we didn’t think we were that loud. We have stayed at other resorts where we played games on a Saturday night and have never been told that we were too loud by a brisk security guard. Ok. We will let our friends know of our experience so that they don’t make the mistake of staying at a Diamond Resort. This was a bitter and humiliating experience that really soured our vacation time. By the way, there was a lot of noise last night after midnight and we didn’t call to complain. It is what it is.…
I was very disappointed by this resort. The unit was not thoroughly clean, the bathroom floor was dirty. We were charged a daily “amenity fee” where there were NO amenities. We had a family above our unit that had loud and noisy kids who ran all day long. When I called the office to ask them to be more considerate the office said they would only talk to them if noise was after 10 pm and were not helpful. The location was good. Will not return.
We stayed here for three nights in a 1-bedroom unit. This place is located right next to the Tlaquepaque Arts & Shopping Village. Everything was clean. Bed was comfy. Despite the kitchen being tiny, it came in really handy having a fridge, microwave, and 2-burner stove top. There is WiFi, but it works at a snail's pace, so it is not very practical for most things, but adequate if you just need to check the news or work on simple stuff. You will be paying a Resort Fee. We enjoyed our stay here!
