The floors have grime worn into them. The furniture has stains and seems dirty. The bathroom is about what you would find in a budget motel. We had a long wait for some hot water to run in the shower - good thing we weren't in a hurry. The place is tired and not well maintained. Had to pay an...

This complex is located very close to many art galleries and good restaurants. We rented two 1 BR units which were spacious and nice. I would definitely recommend it. Only drawback is that the house keeping staff will not come to clean during your stay. They would definitely deliver anything you wish, like towels, soap, coffee etc. but you have...

My husband and I just stayed at this resort and we both really enjoyed it. Our room was clean and modern. The grounds were gorgeous. They offer lots of activities and spa services. Plus it is located just steps away from a lovely shopping area. Our daughter and her family had an amazing two bedroom suit that was very comfortable....

Grounds are well kept but room is very outdated and utilitarian! For a romantic weekend this is NOT the place!! They try to get you to go to timeshare breakfast ....who the heck would buy here once they took a look at their room! Rooms and bathroom are very rundown!! Ok if you are traveling with a car load of...

We had a 2 bedroom suite. The beds were so comfortable and our unit seemed to have been remodeled and extremely spacious. We could have stayed there much longer than the 5 nights we booked and would definitely go back. We would have appreciated some notice for our housekeeping day. She told us she couldn't make our beds because we...

We literally had a staff member knocking on our door every day for a week bringing some item they thought we had requested--toilet paper, dish-washing soap or band-aids etc. even though we had requested nothing.

Remodeled one bed/bath, TV area and small kitchen/fireplace was very cozy. Main floor access was also helpful and close to the swimming pool and hot tub. This was not a hotel but a timeshare which was not known to us previously and led to a full wasted morning of buy buy buy conversations. Breakfast was not included. Most restaurants and...

The grounds of the resort are designed to be cozy, like being in a small village. Our room was too small for our family, but there are certainly larger options available and you should check to make sure there is enough room if you have four or more. Very friendly staff. Grounds well maintained. Nice outdoor options for kids (pool,...

I must preface my comments by saying that I didn't pay to stay at this resort. A friend gave us their timeshare. Their timeshare ownership prompted a call from the resort a week ahead of our arrival. "Frank" wanted to set up a time for me to sit in on their timeshare pitch and, in exchange, I would receive free...

On the plus side: comfortable beds, unique history with the town's namesake's original log hotel rebuilt on site, fun mini-golf and refreshing walk along Oak Creek, Michael, massage therapist, brief flute concert and talk. Negatives: so-called welcome after a very long drive included "Show me your id and credit card" and later a mumbled welcome while staring at the computer....
