Great accommodations, comfort and value in this Oak Creek Village B&B which allows one to beat the hoards of tourists in Sedona. Bell Rock vista is viewed from back of property as is access to hiking in Coconino natl forest just stepping out the back door. Still charming OCV with plenty of choices for wide range of restaurants available.

We had a fantastic stay at the Cozy Cactus. I only wish we could have stayed longer! Great hosts, breakfast, location and lots of thoughtful touches. We adored the back patio with the amazing views and gas fire pits and it was perfect for both morning coffees and evening cocktails. Perfect place to enjoy the beauty of Sedona without all the crowds, and a great base to go hiking from. We can’t wait to go back and are already planning our next visit!

My good friend(college friends) and I just spent 5 wonderful nights at the Cozy Cactus in one of the two bedroom condos. We had such a good time and loved everything about our stay. We could walk right out the back door and enjoy great hiking. We loved hanging out on the patio and meeting other guests(two couples were on their 8th and 9th stay) and getting great advice on what to do. We also really liked staying on the quieter side of Sedona. We both hope to return as we have many more hikes we would like to do. Highlights for us were the Hiline Trail, Bell Rock, Arizona WineryTour, Pink Jeep and loved our Easter dinner at Cucina Rustica, Tequila the dog and breakfast at Cozy Cactus!

I stayed for 2 nights at the Cozy Cactus in April 2021 in the Cowboy Condo room. The unit has 2 bedrooms but we only paid for 1 so the 2nd bedroom was locked. With that, we still had a bedroom, bathroom, living room with fireplace, kitchenette, and entryway. Very spacious for two people! There is a main room with a full-kitchen and dining table and 2 fire pits and a grill outside as well. The property backs up to the Coconino National Forest, where the Red Rocks are. You can see Bell Rock and Courthouse Butte from the windows, and the property is actually only a 6 minute walk from the Bell Rock Loop trailhead. Fantastic location, spacious accommodations, and delicious breakfast await you at the Cozy Cactus. Highly recommend!

We thoroughly enjoyed our 4 nights at the Cozy Cactus. Our unit was called Bloomin’ Cactus and was a single BR & bath with no kitchen & a king bed. There were, however, microwave & frig. which were all we really needed. Mark provided two yummy breakfast choices, yogurt parfait and various kinds of burritos. We enjoyed both. We especially enjoyed the close proximity to Bell Rock and Courthouse Butte for hiking. We could see Bell Rock from our window. It was fun to take sunrise and sunset photographs. The B&B is in the Village of Oak Creek, which we found to have minimal restaurant options. So, we mostly went to Sedona to eat. We hope to return to the Cozy Cactus in the future.

Thank you for choosing Cozy Cactus, we enjoyed having you and so glad you had a good time. There is a new restaurant coming in called the Colt Grill one block away, it is a second restaurant for the owner out of Cottonwood. They will be serving breakfast, lunch and dinner. Excellent food! So hopefully you can try them out next time.
