We were last minute to put up for the night in Sedona and tried our luck at this hotel spur of the minute. Boy were we off the mark. It's fairly clean but that's as far as it goes. The hotel is old and it shows when you are in the room. Last time I'll visit.

It looks ok from outside but inside is horrible. Smelly and old building. Inside the room smells like rotten barn. Office-reception is located in small building in the middle of parking. I think they live there, because of heavy awful smell of dirty kitchen inside. Very unpleasant food smell. I recommend to open window sometimes and let fresh air inside,...

I had asked when reserving a room here for a 1st floor room, due to bad knees and nerve damage. I had relied on Tripadvisor recommendations in choosing this hotel. I was given a room on the second floor, on the end near the street. I was told no one made note of that. When I got to the room,...

very friendly and helpful front desk. The motel features amenities of a better average US-motel, but here everything works, nothing is broken or out of order - the owner obviously takes care of his business. Though not located in the heart of downtown, it is only a 10 minute walk away. Above all, the White House Inn is definitely the...

The Whitehouse Inn was the lowest price hotel in Sedona. It is a good value. There is a microwave, refrigerator and coffee pot. The view is good also. The room was clean. The location is walking distance to restaurants and is close to the Verde Lynx shuttle. It sells out fast.

We received a very wonderful welcome (3 o'clock in the morning) by the owner, who was way too helpful the whole time we stayed there. It is a economical $$ hotel, simple but it fulfilled our needs. Greatly recommend.

Sedona is full of high-end resorts and $200/night hotels. Whitehouse Inn is a small, family-run motel on Sedona's main street. It is within walking distance of lots of good restaurants and grocery stores and conveniently located for just about any tourist sites you want to go see. The family that runs it is very friendly and accommodating, even shipping coats...

The owners and staff are beyond nice, friendly and professional. The motel is old, with small rooms and parking is very tight. The room was exceptionally clean. We had a first floor room and the folks above us on the second floor were up all night for 2 straight nights so our stay was most unpleasant. If you stay here,...

Good place to stay for budget travelers. Location is good. Walking distance to gas stations, restaurants and supermarket (Safeway). Room is basic and the cleanliness is acceptable. Check-in time is 3:30pm. We arrived Sedona at noon time and their front desk (an separate small office in the front) was closed. When the office resumed business, a lot of guests were...

The motel is clean the owners are very nice and overall decent for the type of place but unfortunately it's a 2 story wood building and you can hear every step from the second floor. We were up until 4 or so both nights because the people staying upstairs apparently did not sleep at all.... Maybe it's a better experience...
