From the booking process to check in to check out, everything was amazing. My friend who works at the resort, Haley, helped organize our stay. The minute we walked in to check in we were offered water (really good tasting water too if you are a water snob like me). We then checked in to our room and it was beautiful. The decor was in line in with the Sedone southwest theme. The patio opened up to a beautiful view of the mountains. The pool area was very clean and peaceful. Minutes after walking into the pool we were greeting by the bartender to get our order. We ordered from Rascal's one night to go and the food was so good and just a very short walk to our room. Hotel is clean, staff is amazing and I will most definitely be back but this time with a beautiful little baby boy. Thank you to everyone at The Wilde for making my babymoon a dream come true!…
I can not think of one single negative thing about the resort…from check-in to check out, it was an amazing experience. Room and resort were beautiful, staff was BEYOND kind and welcoming, super dog friendly, the restaurant was delicious, stargazing at night in the hammocks topped off a wonderful stay. The pictures don’t do it justice. We can’t wait to return!
This hotel is EXCEPTIONAL!!! Everything from the service, to the cleanliness, to the food, to the amenities, to the vibe, to the location is EXCEPTIONAL!!! I took a group of 8 women and we all agreed that it was one of THE BEST hotel experiences we have EVER had and we will ALL be back!! The Wilde is now my go-to hotel in Sedona. I won't stay anywhere else!! The Wilde is a 10/10!!!!
Our stay here couldn’t have been better!! Everything was excellent, including our restaurant and spa experience. The pool had full poolside bar and restaurant service, which was wonderful. Every staff member went above and beyond to make our stay here the best possible. We will definitely stay here again when we visit beautiful Sedona.
This hotel was amazing! Staff was so friendly and helpful with giving suggestions in the area to eat, shop and hike. The spa was relaxing and beautiful. I enjoyed my stay so much and will be back again!
Wonderful resort. Beautiful, clean and such an amazing staff. So much to do on the property and only a few minutes from great restaurants and shops. Highly recommend! Can’t wait to visit again someday!
We cannot say enough wonderful things about our stay at the Wilde! It surpassed our expectations! The property is beautiful and well maintained. We enjoyed spending time at the pool, the rooftop patio, and the fire pits in the evening. The food and drinks at Rascal and the pool bar were excellent quality as well! Most of all, we were so impressed by the service we received. We were upgraded to a room with a better view when we arrived without asking, were able easily get a rate adjustment when we noticed that the prices had dropped online, and we were accommodated with a complimentary late check out on our last day as well. All of the staff was extremely kind and accommodating. We hope to be back to stay again, and will absolutely recommend this place to our friends and family!
The Wilde is an excellent resort in Sedona. We loved it. The property had many amenities which made our stay even more special. The location was great and provided for an excellent view of the red rocks. The staff was extremely customer focused.
Way overpriced for what it is and we wished we had just gone with a regular hotel. There's a pool bar sure, but no one around to work it. We were shut down on every attempt to take advantage of the "spa" amenities. We tried to book a massage early in the morning for later that evening but nope, no openings (I don't think a masseuse was working as the place was dead). At check-in we were told that the spa closed at 7pm, but when we arrived at 6:40pm to spend some time in the steam room we were told all the amenities shut down at 6:30.... so really you close at 6:30 then? The attached restaurant was pretty good, the room was clean, and the front desk staff seemed nice. That's typical for a lot of hotels though and for the amount we paid for this place, we left disappointed.
My husband and I stayed here for five nights for our "babymoon" getaway. The hotel grounds were beautiful, including the several fire pits they had going at night. The staff were all very friendly and accommodating - Nina and Anthony were particularly wonderful - and the food at the restaurant, Rascal, was delicious. The resort offered yoga each morning which was a nice touch. Lastly, the spa staff were all wonderful with top-notch services. Location was great, too with plenty of other restaurants and cafes within walking distance. Overall, it was the perfect getaway.
