Nice park, all the amenities necessary for a stay in town, very well manicured and maintained. Friendly staff, Cindy was helpful and communicated well when our itinerary changed, very busy and full. We had to be flexible and check in daily in advance of our trip hoping for cancelations to accommodate us, it worked out. Adequate for our stay, but...

We liked almost everything about this park. It is very clean, and the sites are large and give you a feeling of privacy. It is ideal for dog owners; it has a nice off-leash area, and a trail to a nearby creek where dogs can play. The location is awesome, within walking distance to downtown Sedona. The only drawback was...

Rancho Sedona is a top notch RV park very close to downtown Sedona. Would have liked to stay there longer but they were full! We got in later than we planned but our packet was waiting for us by the office.

Beautiful shady trees, grass, picnic benches with fire pits, volley ball, dog park, and beautiful bubbling stream. Clean bathroom and no charge for he shower. Laundry room was handy and clean. Appreciated the lines outside for hanging laundry. We hiked Marg's Draw for about 3 hours, and took many pictures of the Red Rock hillsides. This was within walking distance...

This park is outstanding. Clean, great cable and plenty of shade. Dog park. Creek runs along the park with a swimming hole. Shorty walk to lots of shopping, restaurants and trails. Laundry worked great. A must return spot.

The location is excellent. Close to galleries, restaurants, etc... if you like the touristic side of Sedona. Also close to the Creative Life Center if you happen to take a class over there. I think that location is their best selling point. The park is clean and well maintained. Good thing: there are lots of trees, which gives shade Bad...

The park was well maintained, the restrooms and showers were very very clean, the campground itself is covered in tall trees providing great shade (great for an afternoon nap). There are sites alongside the creek but we did not get one of those. Still our campsite was just so calming and at night it was very good that they have...

This RV resort is in a beautiful location with many mature trees, grassy areas, and multiple river access points. The RV sites are immaculate as is the restroom. They have a small dog park. Volleyball net on grassy area. It is quiet and safe at night. A short walk takes you to wonderful restaraunts and shopping.

Super friendly staff from the beginning to the end of our 7 night stay. The grounds are well maintained and organized. Some rv sites recently had hostas planted near them, which I thought was noteworthy because it shows that the people here care about keeping it beautiful for their guests now and in the future and they pay attention to...

This place is super clean, quiet and beautifully maintained. Planned on spending 3 night but added a 4th night. We ran low on propane and they have a service that delivers right to your site. Great location, lots of shade, we will return!!!
