We came for our anniversary. It was a nice stay. We felt the service at the cafe when we had breakfast could’ve been a little better. Overall it was a good time, the room was nice, drinks were good, and the pool was fun. Really cool views from the pool

Every single staff member we asked for help was very informative and provided great tips! We got in very late and they were super accommodating, spa service was absolutely amazing... The resort itself is breathtaking The pool is a must The spa had great therapists, The rooms were just okay and the housekeeping wasn't that great... Only has brunch menu on the weekends which was a shame because it was spring break and it was so so crowded everywhere else other than that this resort is perfect.

For a room ~$600 a night I would expect way more in terms of customer service and quality. In terms of the room: - we had a creek / Mountain View which was beautiful. - room wasn’t very clean. Vents were super dirty and other parts of the room just dirty. I understand it’s COVID but the corners of the room literally had grime in them. - there was no fitted sheet on the bed? It was just a normal sheet on top of the mattress. Room service: - messed up our order twice. When we tried calling to get it fixed they didn’t answer the phone so we had to keep calling. - all the food was extremely overpriced for the quality. Service: - one of the women at the front desk is so rude. We thought it was just to us, but then over heard her being rude to other guests also whenever they asked a question. I believe she was the manager, but not sure. For a resort and spa that is as expensive as this, I would expect way better hospitality. - The gentleman at the front was very nice and accommodating. The two gentlemen at the bar were also so nice and amazing. Overall If I had to choose I wouldn’t stay here again. Probably not even for half the price. I’ve heard much better things about the Hyatt or if you want to pay more I’ve heard the L’Auberge De Sedona is incredible. The value + the lack of hospitality is just too much.

Charming chic hotel environment. The service and staff were very warm and welcoming. My grandchildren did not want to leave. The environment was very family friendly. The location was very convenient. We would book a stay in the future.
