We stayed here for 1 week on a timeshare trade. It was such a pleasant surprise when we saw the accommodations and the area! The rooms were wonderful...spacious and comfortable. We were in bldg. 5 and had a king in one room and a queen in the other. There was a fireplace and lovely balcony off the main living room....

I read some of the recent reviews & was VERY nervous that the Hyatt was going to be a let down. This was a special trip. We had a loss in the family on Thanksgiving & are starting a new tradition of going on vacation instead of the usual traditions. I helped plan what we are now calling "The Thanksgiving...

This is about the most over-priced hotel in the area. It looks nice in the pictures - but when in the room it has the feel of a Motel 6. There are adjoining doors to most rooms - in which case you can hear everything from the other guests. This is very awkward and uncomfortable - bad if you are...

I just spent a week at this Hyatt. It was fantastic! My friend has a timeshare and she invited me to join her there. We had a 2 bedroom unit, on the 2nd floor, both units had king size beds. I think it was unit 1722. We could not believe how beautiful our unit was and the view from our...

Stayed at Pinon Pointe for a girls getaway trip. It is a timeshare and the facilities are great. Staff was welcoming and helpful. We had a great apt. with a full kitchen, bedroom and fireplace. View was exceptional. Firepit and bbq area was right outside our room and that made it very handy. Close to everything in Sedona!

First, this is not a hotel but a timeshare project that rents/exchanges rooms with members and the public. That being said, the facilities are great. Super pool and deck, excercise room, and activity center. Very convenient to shopping, restaurants, and attractions. We were in a one bedroom that was very roomy and comfortable. Jetted tub and seperate shower. Didn't have...

My wife and I and a friend just completed a week at the Hyatt. It's location really can't be beat in Sedona. It's at what the locals call the "Y"--where 179 and 89A meet in downtown Sedona. There are exceptional views from many of the units, but certainly not all. We were fortunate enough to have a unit which did...

Our expectaions when arrive to Hyatt Pinon Pointe were extremelly high. Staff was very helpful and welcomes friendly, you feel like home after 30 seconds. Room/apartment better than expected in all ways (bigger, cleaner, better equiped etc). We had a one bedroom apartment, stayed with two kids. Official photos of the hotel don't give it justice, everything is better than...

This Hyatt Residence location is the absolute worst. The walls are as thin as paper we can hear everything going on in the above unit, late into the night or early in the morning. Beds are not the usual Hyatt quality. On Sunday the young man in the activity center was too preoccupied with the Arizona football game to attend...

Very nice location and convenient to many of the attractions in and around Sedona. If you’re looking for a “hotel” experience you’re not going to get it here. It’s a residence club and with the exception of housekeeping, you’re pretty much on your own. I had reserved a studio which was more than enough room for me. There was a...
