My husband and 20 month old son stayed at the Sedona Pines the week before Christmas of 2016. The staff were very accommodating to ensure our son had a Pack-n-play to sleep in. The grounds were well kept. We used the free laundry facilities which were clean. The cottages were small, but they squeeze everything you need into them to...

Just got back from this resort and must say it was very relaxing. The villa was cute and practical, with all the comforts of home. The view from our villa was breathe taking! They had a huge hot tub/ pool, for adults only, that was well needed after our travel there. They had a really nice outdoor pool area and...

Thanks for your honest feedback. Our restaurant typically pulls 5-star reviews, and we create all meals "from scratch". We'll make sure that the restaurant owner and manager gets a copy of your review. Our concierges have a vast amount of knowledge for other restaurants and attractions, so please don't hesitate to contact them if you ever need anything!

Quiet and well equipped, this was the perfect getaway weekend! The staff was very accommodating and friendly, including the restaurant staff as we got room service desserts later in the evening. We were not concerned overly much about the lack of cell phone service as this was a weekend to get away from electronics, but I suppose that could be...

We're glad you enjoyed yourselves! Cell service has suffered the last couple of weeks due to all of the rain and snow that we had in the area. AT&T has also been working towards building another tower to bridge their gap in service in the area. Thanks for your review, and we hope to see you again!

We stayed at this rci resort for three nights in December. We were at first, very surprised about the small size of the units. They appear to be trailers covered with stucco. We were also hoping for a view of the surrounding cliffs but a view was not available. The units were clean, well equipped and we ended up enjoying...

Thanks for your review, and we're happy that you enjoyed yourselves! An option for you, if you desire a great view, would be our sister resort Highlands Resort at Verde Ridge. Just ask for a mountain view when confirming your reservation. :)

A few miles west of town. Old looking and feeling. Units are small but we'll equipped. Don't try to get a maintenance person after check in. Called 4 times to front office and kept saying he will be there to fix the TV. Took well over an hour to get assistance.

Thanks for your feedback, it is very important to us! Our maintenance staff has a job-queue after hours, so it is likely that they were attending to another cottage before helping you. Our typical response time is under 10 minutes.

Nicely decorated, very clean, free laundry on site but not in unit. That said, it is 6 miles to Townsend the lack of cell phone service made our stay more difficult, the wifi was good. The unit itself was tiny not spacious as advertised, and odd to have second bedroom across the deck in another building. The bed was comfortable,...

Thanks for your review. AT&T has been working on getting a cell tower to fix their service gap at our location. Many travelers enjoy the compact and energy-efficient size of our cottages. If space is an issue, we certainly would recommend our sister resort Highlands Resort at Verde Ridge for your next stay.

We spent 4 days there and enjoyed every minute of it. We're familiar with Sedona and went to a few of our favorite places, and now we can add Sedona Pines to the list. We also went there so I could work on my next book. The peace, seclusion, and beautiful surroundings of the place were perfect for writing. Here's...

The cottages were very cozy and had a great southwest appearance. Furniture was comfortable and the full kitchen was great. Each cottage has a deck with table and chairs. Nice for AM coffee and sunrise. The landscaping was very nice as it had fountains at either end of streets. Lawn maintenance was going on every day trimming and leaf blowing....

Sedona Pines Resort is comfortable modular units laid out with a small living area, table, narrow kitchen area, a bath, and a small bedroom at the back of the unit. The resort staff is very courteous and helpful. They have free laudry facilites on premise. They also have two hot tubs. It is located on the South edge of Sedona...

I have to say that the reviews I read on Trip Advisor about Sedona Pines were very misleading. In addition, the photos that are posted on the Sedona Pines website made the rooms look MUCH bigger than they are. 1. Your "cottage" is essentially a glorified trailer. If you get "2 bedrooms," you get two trailers connected by a deck,...
