Really nice place sown in the middle of town. Room was huge, had a fireplace, had a stunning view, and was nice! The breakfast was great. The one caution is that it is quite noisy there, what with people walking up and downstairs (we were on floor one). But we would stay there again!

The Orchard Inn of Sedona was a great find. (You do have to keep a sharp lookout to find the turn into the parking area). What a view it offers from the balcony! Sitting on the balcony watching the sun rise and set was absolutely gorgeous. Want to stay here on our next visit to Sedona. Wonderful location, shopping and...

My sister and I stayed at the Orchards Inn for one night. The pictures on their website are very accurate. I rarely stay at a hotel, that has an outside door to the room, but this was a last minute trip, during the busiest time of year. This hotel felt very safe, and is right in the middle of town....

I was surprised it was a motel when we arrived. But the rooms were nice the views were excellent, the pool was clean and the location was probably the best in the area. Perfect hotel for a stay in Sedona. One thing to know it can be a little hard to find the first time. Here is a hint turn...

Upper floor rooms have great views of red rocks and great sunrise and sunset view. Rooms with fireplace are very nice. Parking can be a challenge but you can move the vehicle closer at the end of the day. Breakfast is healthy and nutritious. Many stairs to get to pool and hot tub.

This is a basic hotel that is generally clean. The management is extremely attentive and wants to make things right. The selling point of this hotel is definitely the view. I highly recommend a corner room with views on two sides of the beautiful red rocks, which is why you come there. Also you can walk to the "strip". Very...

This place was tough to gage from the photos & website so we were uber thrilled with what it turned out to be. Super quaint and cute in the perfect location - smack dab in the middle of upper Sedona town. Now, you don't need to be right in the center of the town, as Sedona is super small and...

This hotel is located right off the main strip in Sedona which provides an awesome location to walk to shops/restaurants. The views from the room are incredible, gorgeous red rocks. I wouldn't characterize this hotel as glamourous or a ton of amenities. The rooms were clean and comfortable with a nice fireplace. They have a very small lobby but offer...

I don't know about the Milky Way but you can see a lot of stars from the balcony, if that's one of your interests check into the Grand Canyon Night Skies, they just started it, is just been designated "Dark sky status", they do claim you can see the Milky Way and all the stars and planets, and I believe is a guided nightly thing, weather permitting, I hope this helps you out.

Yes, the suites are wonderful! Ours was on the top floor with a huge living room with fireplace, sofa etc.. small kitchenette, separate bedroom and tons of storage space. The unit was larger than some apartments that I've seen. Some of the bathroom fixtures had been replaced but the rest of the rooms had been totally updated. Their housekeeping staff does an amazing job! Much better than what I've seen in large hotels. Pay a little extra for this beautiful space, so worth it!

So sorry, I provided an incorrect answer to your question. Like the others have replied, request a bottom level as because I don't believe there's an elevator.

Yes, you eat breakfast in the 89 Agave across the parking lot. It's not great but adequate and easy.
