The people are so friendly. Food WOW!!! Excellent quality in every way. Each room has an adobe fireplace, small private outdoor patio, big tub AND a shower. The indoor pool is saltwater. Views are breathtaking. Climbing and walking on the red soil is a spiritual experience. The staff is incredible. The daily meditations in the grotto are deeply grounding, and it's a great place to go alone and feel the crystals and the design work it's healing magic. Winter is gorgeous, with the snow over everything. You can eat and enjoy the deer and the scenery any time of year. It is absolutely the most wonderful spa for healing and recharging to live a great life.

My husband and I frequent the Enchantment Resort and the Mii Amo spa as often as we can. We have joked that we wish could just live there! The staff is courteous and helpful and we have had great food in all the restaurants. However, the Mii Amo restaurant has always been great with accommodating my dietary needs. The rooms on the Enchantment side are large and comfortable, but we enjoy staying at Mii Amo best. They only have a few rooms there which have working fireplaces which we like in the winter and given fewer rooms, it is quieter and relaxing. We love the bathrobes and bathroom toiletries provided...they are very nice! If you like hiking, spa treatments, tennis, stargazing, grabbing a drink with a view or just plain doing nothing then this place is for you. We look forward to our next visit.…

My husband and I had the great fortune to stay at Mii Amo begining on Christmas Eve. We were greated by Melissa and Jeremiah curbside. We were given 'ghost beads' and taken to our room. The front desk was welcoming to us. Jim Root the GM, graciously upgraded us to the luxury suite! and luxury it was. There is a hot tub outside and Elson and Richard made a fire for us each nite. Sitting under the stars, with the mesquite fire, sipping champagne was nothing short of true magic. Our busy,crazy lives were put on hold while everyone at the spa treated us like royalty. The dinners prepared by chef Alex were over the top...the rack of lamb the second night was mouthwatering and melt in your mouth divine. Michael in the cafe is a first class waiter...he aided in delivering the true experience of MiiAmo. The ladies in the lounge were attentive to my needs (esp forgotten toothpaste!) I had a facial done by Mara...it was equal parts of craft and creativity. Her hands were skillful and soothing, delivered with a true loving touch. I looked like a million bucks when the facial was over....wish I had booked a 90 minute! Being in the peaceful cocoon of mii amo and everyone working there gave us a moment to reconnect and relax. I recently visited Mii amo Spa for a deep tissue massage, and let me tell you, it is like no other experience you have had! Checking in at the front desk, I was greeted by Melissa and Brian, both were like old friends, giving me a VIP welcome. Going into the Men's Lounge, I was welcomed by two smiling gentleman, Richard and Timothy. With a soft spoken manner, both oriented me of where I needed to go and how I should prepare for my treatment. They spoke ever so softly, like in a library, it built up the anticipation for something big, something special. They also were constantly cleaning and sanitizing, the whole time. Wiping down surfaces, and door handles, and sterilizing with one of those devices that looks like a ghostbuster pack. Clearly, Mii amo has taken great measures to ensure the safety of myself, other guests, and their employees who were cleaning everywhere I glanced. Like busy bees. It makes you feel good to see such efforts being taken in times like these. The Men's Lounge had a face mask for me to wear, in case I didn't have my own, fantastic! I went upstairs, and my name was called cheerfully by my therapist, Cara. I was shown to the treatment room, and she explained the steps I would take to get started for the massage, and asked about prior injuries and conditions. She even asked me if the temperature of the room was to my liking. The massage...I felt as though I had been whisked away to another dimension. Cara is such a pro, she had methods of locating and working on muscles that I didn't even know I had tension in. My second Deep Tissue, was with Anya, and she like Cara, had such a gentle way of preparing me for the massage, and such great strength in executing it. This is something one must experience, reading about it is one thing, going to Mi amo and experiencing it is another. You will be transformed, mind, body, and soul into a new you, or maybe an old you, that you had lost in the tensions and stresses of daily life. Mi amo reminds you that you are alive, and that life is a journey, an adventure. You only have to set yourself in motion to it, the staff there will take care of the rest.…
