We are currently staying at the resort. Our unit has limited silverware, the coffee pot is broken and the outdoor chairs are broken. We inquired about solutions to these problems and the resort said all the items are the responsibility of the individual owners. It seems that there is one willing to take responsibility for the condition of our rental. I will not be returning.
We stayed in room 30 a Forest view room. It looks like it needs some updates. The furniture is very dated. The hot tub stayed green for our entire stay even though the engineer placed chemicals in it. The heating was hard to keep at a consistent temperature and that was tough considering we had 4-6 inches of snow that was not expected. The restaurant was closed except for room service and there was no close grocery so you were a captive audience.
What an amazing stay! I wish I could put into words the amount of effort and care the staff put into making our trip so memorable. We were fortunate enough to stay during the beautiful winter storm. Traveling from the valley we definitely felt anxious as we continued to see the snow fall. As mentioned before the staff was so helpful with answering our questions, helping us dig out our car, delivering wood, and providing us with a complimentary stay out of good will because of the road conditions. We felt like we were being hosted by family and feel very grateful that we were “stuck”, for lack of a better word, with a team of people who went above and beyond to make us feel like our safety and well-being was their top priority. Not only did they provide us with top notch guest service, but the team was very conscience of the COVID protocols that they have in place. I cannot wait to return in the summer to enjoy the beautiful views again. Thank you Team Junipine for all that you did for our family!…
Came here for a quiet weekend. Upon arrival, greeted by desk staff wearing a paper mask so ancient it was only one layer — like covering your mouth with one Kleenex all day long for days. Does management not care enough to invest in a new mask everyday for front line workers? Woke up to find that the villa had no paper towels, no dishwasher soap, a single roll of toilet paper, one very stained kitchen towel with a hole in it, and a blanket with bits of a previous guest’s bodily fluids, as well as two dishes in the cabinet covered in bright strange unwashed substances. Reported this to desk clerk at 8, around 5 received paper goods, dishwasher tabs and new blanket at door from unmasked staff. Website clearly indicates restaurant and bar are open for dine in — that is part of why we picked this place over others and planned our day to eat there. Except, they’re not open except for room service with 24 hours notice in advance. Would it be too much trouble to put this on your website, and to tell people when they check in? There is no spray cleaner of any type to wash off a table, counter or stovetop and rooms are not cleaned during your stay without an extra charge. Could you not splash out $2 for a bottle of method cleaner or 25 cents for one of vinegar and water? The setting is beautiful, but that’s all this place has to recommend it. …
This is the most lovely location. Exactly where we wanted to be. The firewood delivery every day was especially nice. I couldn't decide which fireplace to use! Oak Creek is beautiful. The king sized bed was not the most comfortable part of our stay but everything else was wonderful.
