There is not much to add to all the other reviews but Irith and Sam are fabulous hosts who clearly make it their mission to serve their guests! The location is wonderful outside the tourist zone of Sedona - and all their added guidance allows one to eat and shop and hike where the locals go. Sam's special map to...

This was our first trip to Sedona, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We loved that Sedona Views was situated just outside of the town itself, on a hillside with fantastic views of the red rocks on all sides. Following the very good recommendations of Sam, we ate at great restaurants, hiked beautiful trails with phenomenal views, and shopped at...

Have wanted to return to Sedona for so long and we finally decide to go. Booked 4 nights at the Sedona Views B&B. We stayed in the Sunrise, Sunset Room. The room was very clean and well maintained inside and out as was the entire property. The views were fantastic and the stars at night provided a wonderfully romantic backdrop...

It has a private entrance, private hot tub (hot tub is a lot bigger than it looks in the website pictures), comfortable king size bed, a fire place and views of red rocks from the private deck. The room was clean and authentically decorated. Breakfast: Served at 8:30am...

I love Sam he has fun tales. I loved the privacy of the B&B I loved Ann the hostess. She made us feel welcome. Make sure when you exit the long driveway down to the main road you watch your left side because traffic can also try to enter into another motel below the b&b.

Beautiful place, beautiful location within 3 minutes of uptown Sedona. Sam's hour orientation to the area, our first morning there, was exceptional. The rooms are large and elegantly furnished. The views from the rooms and the private porches are amazing. It is a small, tucked away place, and no one knows about it.

We stayed at Sedona views for 5 nights in February. We stayed in the Morning Glory room which had amazing views of the rocks of Sedona. The room and the bed were huge, as was the shower! We had a lovely private deck with a hot tub which we used each night following some hard walks. Sam and Ann were...

My husband and I recently spent 3 days Sedona Views. I can't say enough about this beautiful, serene retreat. We loved it! Beautiful views, amazing breakfasts and the most wonderful innkeepers. Our room was immaculate, warm and cozy and the bed was to die for - so comfortable! Location is perfect - a little bit away from busy downtown yet...
