I have stayed in many B&Bs and inns over the years, and this B&B has set the standard. The innkeepers, Sam and Irith, have thought of everything, and I mean everything, you need to feel pampered and at home. The decor of the rooms is tasteful, the breakfast is delicious and filling, and the beds are so comfortable you may...

It rained all night long and we were comfy and cozy in our charming “City Slickers” suite. We loved everything about this B&B. Sam and Irith, the owners, were so welcoming and since we own a small hotel in Palm Springs, we were anxious to stay in the #1 rated B&B in Sedona. Having earned the #1 status on trip...

After reading the reviews from Trip Advisor, We decided to book three nights at Boots & Saddles. My wife and I had the Ghost Rider room and Mom had Western Country. This B&B is simply a gem. Sam and Irith are committed to making a difference in people's lives and our stay there proved it. Our activities in Sedona and the Grand Canyon were clearly impacted by their caring, extensive knowledge of the area, hints on saving time, fabulous breakfasts, B&B location, and, most importantly, their dedication to service and excellence....
