There is a sign on the door stating this business is closed. No information as to who to call or if this for renovation or a permanent closure. If you have reservations for this location you need to make new arrangements before you arrive in Scottsdale.

Had to make a run to Scottsdale for an appointment at the Mayo Clinic. Being that is was going to be for just one night, I decided to go for something quick and inexpensive. Boy was that a mistake. Yes it is right next to Old Town Scottsdale, but that is the only thing going for it. For a $100... More

Had stayed here the previous month and thought Id stay again. The Super Shuttle dropped me there on Thursday April 14,2016 at 11pm. Nice sized rooms, quiet, nice front desk people. The carpeting is awful and needs to be replaced. The pool area chairs need to be redone. Pool needs to be cleaner. The grounds by the pool needs to be kept up. Ice, breakfast and vending machines were fine. For the price, I thought it was okay.

This hotel is probably the worst and most rundown hotel we have ever stayed in at any price range. I must say that the staff was very pleasant and helpful, but this hotel has so many building problems they can not make up for how miserable you are while there. There are many hazards throughout this hotel. Trash cans overflowing... More

The price point is excellent for the area. The staff helpful, but I needed to stay over but couldn't accommodate. I asked at check in if their would be a problem said no, then sold out. Ugh left me with no where to stay.

This hotel was not good at all. Our room smelled terrible. The staff was nice, but the hotel was pretty gross. It is cheaper than other hotels right in downtown Scottsdale but it is definitely not worth the money we paid for it.
