The resort is top notch. The grounds are perfectly manicured. The service is wonderful and willing to meet your every request. The food was awesome and you have multiple choices. The decor is classic and modern. The rooms were large, 55 in flat screen on the wall, the balcony was huge, two closets, and there is a glass shower stall,...

Everything was wonderful!! We were there for a family vacation with 17 people and they were more than accommodating in every way possible. Megan Yost helped us get all the rooms figured out and checked-in quickly. Elena Torres went above and beyond helping us set everything up for our stay-Thank You Elena!! We celebrated my Mom's birthday at J&G Steakhouse...

This was the second visit to this luxury hotel. The accoutrements were top notch. The housekeeping staff are some of the best anywhere. Attentive, polite, helpful, and quick all come to mind. The front desk, especially Jordan, was outstanding. What a gentleman. The food was really a disappointment. The restaurants are ho-hum and they were exceedingly difficult to get reservations....

This is now our favorite resort and we can't wait to stay here again. The resort and the setting is so beautiful and the staff was very friendly and attentive. There are several pools and private cabanas available to rent. If you like to hike, the Cholla Trail, that leads up to the top of Camelback Mountain, is within walking...

We decided to try out the Phoenician for its amazing golf experience. While our room was very nice the entire experience was tainted with rude employees, misunderstanding with bookings (still don't know how that happened with me having a confirmation email that stated what we had discussed), and a very inhospitable staff. This began with our room keys not working...

We sincerely appreciate your feedback -- an important measurement tool within our service culture. Unfortunately, due to a large number of arriving guests that may exist on any given day, late check-outs are not always possible. That, however, should never affect the level of service each and every guest receives. From the time an associate joins the resort and throughout...

The Phoenician appears well kept and pristine when you pull up however their lack of attention to customer care is what is remembered from our recent stay there. Upon checking in at 2:30pm we were told that the room was just about ready for us. We decided to wait in the lobby. We ended up waiting over two hours for...

The is located a few minutes outside Scottsdale downtown, within a pristine golf resort. Although the hotel is not new, you don't feel the age at all. The rooms are huge with comfortable beds and nice bathroom amenities. Great pools but a little too crowded in the weekends. Overall an amazing luxury complex for enjoyment

This is a rather lovely resort a short distance from Scottsdale. We were happy that it was self-parking since we wanted use of the car during our stay. The car park was charged at $12 per night (added to the hotel bill). The room key card allowed access to and from the car park, which made life so easy. The...

We stayed at the villas. We had a 3 bedroom house, hot tub, plunge pool and use of a golf cart. Great entertaining patio, fire pit, gas grill and outdoor kitchen. Service was first rate, toddlers loved the golf cart, special sightseeing rides about the resort. The older toddlers got to go to the kids center and make their own...

The staff was friendly, professional and extremely helpful!!! There are so many pools and a great sprinkler park for kids! A playground with a sand box and a nearby basketball court is great for the kids as well as a movie theater in the kids activity center!
