This place is HUGE! Stayed here for a conference. The staff was personable and professional. There's so much to do. The rooms are comfortable. Nice beds. The decor is a little outdated, but you can get past that.

Enormous hotel, beautifully landscaped, nice restaurants, several pools, very clean and well kept. Would love to go back again someday! There are plenty of outdoor sitting areas with fire pits . Gas lit lanterns on the walkways. Very picturesque. Bunnies must like it there as the sit on the grass looking at the passerby.

Dear 170allenc, One of the most distinctive qualities of our stunning resort, aside from the top-rated restaurants, luxury rooms, and world class amenities, is the opportunity to enjoy al fresco living in the heart of the Sonoran Desert. The resort was designed with guest relaxation in mind to include those breathtaking views and outdoor lounge areas that you experienced (and...

Our family has been fortunate to visit many wonderful places throughout North America. We have also had many wonderful experiences and fantastic service provided by the operators of many hotels and resorts. But we must say, our experience at the Fairmont Scottsdale Princess was exceptional. The resort is lovely with fine dining, excellent recreational facilities including several pools, tennis and...

We stayed 6 days at the Fairmont Princess Scottsdale and were well taken care of from the moment we arrived. Traveling with a toddler, they immediately gave us a room near a pool and orientated us with the property. The Bell also offered to keep his car seat at the lobby/entrance for ease of leaving the property. Nathan took us...

Our visit in early May occurred during a strange heat-wave of 111°F on its highest day. Two days later it was a more temperate 75°F. We tried to relax at the pool, but high temps forced us inside for a couple days. The main pool is nice, but there is no shade (other than umbrellas where the shade moves) and...

Dear Miley2007, We are sorry to hear that your stay got off to an unseasonably warm start, but are glad to know you were able to enjoy your room, the LeLabo amenities, fragrance garden and the local wildlife. Architecturally luscious jail in the desert. You can walk to shopping for just three items: Maseratis, Mercedes Benzes, and BMW's. Otherwise prisoners must pay $25 for internet and $6 for water. And if you want drinks and dinner, well, it is cheaper and better to spend the $40 RT to Old town. Or the Fairmount guards will take you in...

Dear Chuck N, Thank you for your feedback. While we are indeed set apart from the hustle and bustle of downtown Scottsdale, we take great pride in the location of our Sonoran desert destination —and the opportunity it gives us to host groups for various conferences and meeting events. The resort is amazing but the food is seriously lacking for what they charge. Burger meat is tasteless. Drinks are over priced. The menu's are limited. Needs to be improved. I loved my room. Kettle and separate basin for prep. The drip coffee at my conference was tasteless. There is so much good coffee out there so I never understand...

From the moment we arrived we were pampered and treated amazingly, even considering our low rate purchased on Hotwire. The casita (we were upgraded to) had a semi private pool, there was always a golf cart to pick us up and deliver us to our destination, the pools were fab, and the Mexican restaurant was lovely. I can't think of...

I stayed here Monday-Wednesday for a work function. My room was in building G, so so nice, like a little apartment. Our business was conducted in the Casita rooms, also so nice. We did not leave the resort, ate at Hacienda, and I enjoyed the wonderful spa service. Highly recommend this! This is a great family resort, or a couples...

What can you say... The Princess does it the biggest and the best for attractions and the holiday lighting is top notch. This place has a simulated ice slide and skating rink as well as a train and carousel ride and to top things off they have S'mores to roast and enjoy. Local residents have caught on to this event...
