I visited here with my 13 year old daughter in late March. Perfect weather. The place is *beautifully* built and decorated - with so many different antiques & objects. Fun to just look around. We walked down to the river & had fun wading upstream a ways. We had a fire in the patio fireplace & roasted marshmallows. We played...

When we decided to visit some places in southern Arizona, we stuck a pin in a map to find a place to stay. Down By The River Bed and Breakfast was conveniently located and we decided to take a chance. We were greeted by Mike and Angie and felt at home immediately. The B&B is like a museum with lots...

We stayed at Down By the River B&B for only one night, and wished we were there a bit longer! The hosts, Mike and Angie, were very friendly and accommodating - I think there were three different special diet requests at our breakfast table, and everyone was very pleased with their meal! The B&B itself was spotless and designer-gorgeous, but...

We stayed at Down By The River B&B for three nights and enjoyed three incredible breakfasts! Each day we set out on our adventures and each night we returned to a fresh-baked treat, a cozy room, and a starry night sky! We loved having the patio and a place to grill our steaks. Wouldn't stay anywhere else in the area....

If you ENJOY being "off the beaten path", beautiful mountain views, seclusion, and AWESOME BREAKFASTS.....this is THE place for you! We stayed 4 nights in the "Bird Room"--wished it was MORE. Our first morning, other guests left early for exploring; we talked with Mike & Angie for over an hour! Over the next days, we learned more about them, plus...

We stayed at DBTR B&B on a recent trip to SE Arizona. We were looking for an isolated, quiet, remote place to escape city life. This place exceeded our expectations. Our hosts were warm and welcoming, the breakfasts outstanding, the room and building comfortable. I am unable to say more than the others have already said. If you want peace...

As you walk in the door of this beautiful hacienda, you can see that great thought and care was taken regarding the decorations, layout and comfort of their guests. Angie and Bill are gracious hosts and go out of their way to make you feel welcome in your home away from home. They have a beautiful patio area, which opens...
