Don't know if they have trails that are accessible right from their parking lot, but there are numerous trails all around Prescott since you are in the middle of the Prescott National Forest. Stop by their office at 344 Cortez St. in Prescott to pick up a forest service map that will show all the ATV trails in the area. Also, the recreation use permit referred to in "tkittymomma's" answer is available on line through the State Land Department, not BLM. Have fun!
