I stay 100+ nights per year in a hotel because I travel for work and have never left a bad review, in fact I joined Trip advisor to write this review the service was so bad. I booked a room at this hotel for some friends directly through the Hilton App. When they arrived the hotel would not let them check in because I wasn't there. After talking with the hotel manager and the Hilton Diamond desk over the phone I was told they would be able to check in. When my friends tried again the hotel manager refused and cancelled the reservation. Every conversation I had with a hotel employee made it seem like they didn't want anyone staying at this hotel. I ended up sending them to the Hampton inn down the street where they were treated perfectly and had no problems. The next day I discovered I had been charged for both stays. Since I booked both stays via points on my Hilton account I was surprised to fine this hotel charged my credit card and not my points. When I called the hotel they told me it was because I had a late cancellation. The charge is currently in dispute. The people from the Hilton call center were great and more than helpful. They stayed on the phone and talked with the hotel manager directly with me. They only hung up when the manager agreed to check my friends in. As soon as she hung up no service. Basically the worst experience I've aver had at a hotel of any kind.…
I made a mistake and booked my room for the wrong date, and didn’t realize it until It was too late. Hassan, the general manager, was INCREDIBLE...understanding and accommodating! The hotel itself was fantastic! Within walking distance to the concert I went to-as well as great restaurants! The room was beautiful and comfortable...oh, the pillows! Great!!! I highly recommend this hotel and will stay there again!
STAY AWAY from the General Manager (Ariseli). She was SO RUDE. She accused of us of bringing our own alcohol with NO actual proof that it was hours, which I still don’t know til this day who/if someone did, but she was screaming and being aggressive towards me and my friends and then kicked us out. when one of my sisters ran out of the elevator to pay her tab, Ariseli SHOVED one of my friend back into the elevator and starting screaming at him saying “your mom doesn’t probably love you” & “you weren’t raised right” and “get the F**K out of my face”,,, all because he was trying to get my sister so we can leave the bar.. and yes he said some things too AFTER she started being aggressive towards him. who lets a MANAGER act like that to their GUESTS???? as a former bartender, I know that risk of losing a liquor license,, but I will never understand nor be okay with why someone of management acts like that to guests. she gets 0/10. BUT maria & hunter,,, BLESS THEIR HEART & give them a raise! :) would go back to just see them!…
Overall the experience is good, and George (I hope I got his name right!) was very nice and friendly at the front desk. The room was nice and spotless. Overall was pretty quiet and bed was comfy. Plenty of restaurants and cafes to walk to, and there’s the lounge on the 13th floor. A few cons: -The entrance is pretty hard to find and figure out because of construction, and they don’t have valet/anyone outside because of covid. -They don’t have their own parking structure, so you have to park in the public structure next block over ($18 per day, no in/out privileges). At least you can leave your car in what would normally be the valet area while you check in and take your luggage to your room, with no issues. -They have coffee downstairs, but you have to specifically ask for some for your room. Also, the toiletries didn’t include the usual lotion. They have no problems providing these upon request though, just feels a little stingy (though perhaps a covid precaution I haven’t encountered at other hotels). -Pillows are terrible. These were all small cons though, wouldn’t necessarily deter me from staying here again.…
My wife and I Stayed 4 nights. The service was poor. We had to ask for cleaning the room and one of the days they didn’t even managed to do the bed allthough we asked for it in the morning. We had to pick up amenities at the reception. Coffee and tea we also had to pick up at the reception. There is no arrangement for parking, so you have to park on the Street or in a parking garage. There were no breakfast available - because of Covid-19. There is a nice rooftop bar.
