Receptionist was rude. We tried to check in early and was told no, but she let someone else check in early. Outside looks dirty. Felt unsafe here. Wish I didn’t book here, guess you get what you pay for when you need cheap.
I stayed for one night and there were people smoking pot and there were someone under the influence of who knows what in the elevator so had to use the stairs. There were people banging on doors it was awful. There were some of the rooms that had broken windows, the dumpsters were full, it was just ghetto as hell.I would not recommend staying here at all until they fix this. There were some good people and there was one or two who I saw and it was obvious they were scared to be there but it was probably all they could afford. If I could rate it 0 stars I would. Not somewhere you want to stay.
Shocked that the “Red Roof” is associated with this dump. Dated rooms, faculty is not clean and I felt unsafe. The surrounding area is somewhat the ghetto. I could not find a reasonable restaurant to eat. Stay away. Spend the extra $ for clean and safe room.
We arrived late Friday night early Saturday morning for a family members funeral Feb16,2019 ! The room were in awful conditions , from dirty diapers, filthy walls fridge, kitchen , bathrooms ,paper under the bed so it clearly hadn’t been swept! When reported after immediately checking out ! We got complete attitude! Don’t bother
Upon entering our room there was lots of water all over the bathroom floor, the floor around the bed was dirty! And no smoke detector. Our neighbors were EXTREMELY loud & when we asked to move we weren't allowed. Security had to be called on two different nights cause of the noise. Our last night we actually had to call security twice. It was NOT a good experience especially when we had a 13 hour drive ahead of us the next day.
