There is no hot water, no parking lot, the hotel system is chaotic, the door card is almost universal and can open all rooms . There is no night staff to maintain, and there is no hot water in the room. Without its own parking lot, cars parked overnight at the hotel will be towed away.
I've stayed at almost every hotel in Maricopa County from Surprise to Scottsdale and believe it or not the one hotel I keep coming back too is the SUPER8 on Northern and Black Canyon Highway in PHX, Az the rooms aren't the the absolute best but the staff makes up for any problem I've ever had Thank You
I am a wyndham diamond elite member. I stay in hotels at least 300 days a year. Supposed to get early check and was denied. I finally got a room at 4pm. Key wouldn't work so maid let me in. Tv didn't work. Lamps didn't work. I saw drug deals going on in parking lot for over 4 hours that I had to wait for my room. Desk clerk did nothing but play on her phone and tell everyone that they couldn't check in yet. I think this place should be shut down permanently. Worst service I have ever seen. Ended up getting a refund and going elsewhere.
Some of the staff was very friendly and allowed me to pick the room that I wanted to be in some of the rooms were very bad some had their TV smashed others no TV working and some of the staff was very rude especially a gentleman that work the night shift he threw blankets and a sheet at me when I ask for more blankets and told me that that was all that they had other than that the lady that worked for very friendly and worked with me I was a homeless gentleman who a lady has been helping me buy pretty me up in this room and they understood it and allowed me to get a new key every time mine didn't work
I am right here, now! No TV remote. Holes in the walls, rusted fixtures. Upon late-night check-in, handled quickly, but night person remained on personal phone through out registration process. Guests upstairs up all night making a racket, loud noises by other guests all night.
