Hallways smell like smoke since people smoke in the outside stairwell, you can smell cigarette smoke in the rooms, trash outside around the grounds and in elevator, air conditioner did not work, no luggage carts, no TV, staff was very nice but there is not much they can do in such a run down hotel. I originally booked 3 nights but only stayed one night and got no sleep in a hot room. Also you get a bagel and apple juice for breakfast despite advertising a hot breakfast. I have stayed in many Country Inns and was appalled with this seedy hotel.

I asked three times for wash clothes and was told each time there were none available. I even checked the maid carts on each floor and there were none on the carts. The front desk personnel couldn’t even wear their mask properly. Don’t stay here.

Avoid this hotel at all costs! Cannot begin to describe how dirty/shoddy the "suite" was. Carpet left soles of feet black, shower flooded floor (no barrier between shower and filthy floor), water then flooded filthy carpet making an oily, mud-type mixture. Hallways reeked of marijuana, sofa in room had no working coils/springs and was black and oily-left grease stains on clothing. Sheets/towels stained. I could go on, just do yourself a favor and avoid this place at all costs!

Good place to stay rooms very comfy. Front desk very helpful and willing to help. Only problem was the smell of the rooms. I stayed in a few different rooms there and they all smelled like mold by the bathroom area

This hotel needs to be looked into. There is a lot of parting going on at night in these rooms. They wonder why they have no time to get the rooms clean well it could be because they are in the rooms partying. They are worried about covid 19 well some one is going to get sick out of that hotel. There is good crushed on the floors sheets on the floors we had overflowing trash in our room for two days. I have turned all my pictures and statements over to the health department. Oh and then we checked out early due to the filth and they tried to charge us for 9 days. Which I will be going to my attorney when I get home. At least the hotel we are in now cleans our room, gives us clean towels. Toilet paper and are very nice and courteous.
