We stayed there for 2 days/2 nights, and while the room was comfortable, and the water park was nice, there were many things not quite up to snuff for a $250+/night hotel. I should think they could afford a higher grade of toilet tissue, for one thing. Also, there were only two paper cups for coffee in the morning, and...

Stayed 3 nights at this resort for our kids' (6 and 11) spring break. We originally had a more luxurious resort booked until we realized she did not meet with height requirement for the water slides. We upgraded to the 2 queen bi-level casita and were happy that we did. It was great to have a dining table, mini-kitchen and...

The property is pretty, the service is excellent, and the family liked the pool, but the rooms are in dire need of an upgrade. We even upgraded to a suite, but found it to be about the same as the standard room, just bigger. The pool is the attraction here, but it isn't enough to bring us back.

Took the family here for a few days in the heat and sun of Phx. We were skeptical of the pictures online as they are always better than reality. The water park was very nice and everything was good. The drinks and food was way overpriced... I beer for $9 and a margarita for $12? Come on dipping dots for...

Read the reviews- the staff is nice and go out of their way to make your stay better- I think because they feel sorry for the guests. My kids loved the pool and basketball courts. That being said, the hotel itself is gross and dirty. The rooms are so dark and dingy they are depressing. Hilton should be ashamed of...

Thank you for your feedback and thoughtful comments. Our team makes every effort to ensure our guests enjoy their visit. It's unfortunate we were unable to meet your expectations and truly apologize for the condition of your suite. We are currently finalizing plans for a suite refresh and look forward to beginning this project very soon! We hope you will...

We stayed here for a long mom/daughter weekend. Everything was great, the food, location, service. The location is wonderful also, walking distance to Squaw Peak and a short jog to Dreamy Draw recreation facility. We will most definitely stay here again.

Great stay in a great place. Wonderful vacation. Service was excellent, pools were very inviting, and the staff was excellent. Couldn't have picked a better spot. Would definitely do this again. Weather was also very agreeable.

I accumulated enough Hilton points to stay here free for five nights this year. The kids loved the pools, lazy river, water slide, mini golf, etc. The service was excellent throughout our stay. The staff and management should be proud. The hotel itself is tired and the food in the restaurants is well below average. Would I stay here again...

We had expected more from this resort. It was OK, but just not at the level of luxury that we expected from the website. We stayed in a casita which was almost clean, but very dated. The parking at the casita was confusing and insufficient. We had to carry our luggage upstairs until the third employee driving by in a...

We stayed as a family at Pointe Hilton Squaw Peak and we absolutely loved it. The rooms were clean, beautiful, and really peaceful. We had a second story with a balcony overlooking one of the courtyards. The resort is well manicured and clean. The water park had something for everyone from our 3 year old, to our preteen to beverages...
