Although the hotel was nice and there was plenty of amenities you're charged a hotel fee of $25 per night regardless if you're using pool, etc.. The fees were never explained nor were they taken off once brought this to hotels attention.

Spent 3 nights here while in Phoenix and seeing some Cactus League spring training games. The 2 queen suite was nice and quiet and well kept. The pool was awesome! Somewhat crowded during the afternoon but not in the evening. Basketball in and out of the pool, volleyball in the pool, lazy river, putt-putt golf. There's a lot to do...

Had a great time!! Staff was exceptional and plenty to do. Would stay there again. Would have liked a few more food choices since we did not have a car. Also no microwaves in rooms, meant not being able to eat leftovers! Aside from that a lovely resort.

Late check out prices expensive for a couple hours. Kids like the lazy river and pool options available. Many different pools to choose from, able to bring own floatations to pool. Suites are a nice size for a family

For my daughter's spring break, we traveled to Phoenix. We never stay anywhere without reading Trip Adviser reviews so my husband was already extremely nervous about this resort. I am perplexed that anyone that has given this outdated, old, and dirty resort 4 or 5 stars. We stayed 5 nights here. Upon check in, we were provided a spacious suite...

Just not worth the money, needs a serious update. Carpet and sofa looked dirty. Cafe staff was unfriendly and got our order wrong twice, though there were no other customers... Bed was comfy which was the only good thing in the room. Totally overpriced.

The staff was amazing but the rooms are very dated, furniture fabric is dirty and the carpet was stained. The trim was water damaged and had been painted repeatedly. This is not. 4 star property but does have 5 star service.

The lazy river and swimming pools were ideal for a very relaxing time. The weather was 81 degrees most days and was very comfortable. The staff were very attentive And...
