I was the planner with AZ Party of 2 recently and we had a wedding at Royal Palms and it was a wonderful experience! Nora in the catering office was a gem to work with! The staff was top notch and the food outstanding! The management helped obtain and execute a stunning firework exit with a rolls royce that the...

I just returned to the Royal Palms for a second time (on Christmas Eve) after having stayed here in 2011 before the property transferred to Hyatt. It's one of my favorite spots to stay stateside and still has an unwavering commitment to customer service. In an age where many accommodations are sterile and modern, the Royal Palms stands out as...

Our first visit to Royal Palms was perfect! The resort was beautiful and the staff especially helpful. We had a balcony room with a beautiful view of the deflecting pools. This will be our destination for our future visits to the area.

The good ... the designer casitas 119 was wonderful, comfortable with a private terrace and water feature ... enjoyed watching the hummingbirds come for a drink. Bar food and drinks were excellent, though room service breakfast was a little disappointing. Service, overall, was very good, though the front of house staff could use a little more training. The footnote ......

The Royal Palms has it all except that it is difficult to enjoy it over the scented candles, dog friendly carpets in the rooms and leaf blowers in the morning next to your room. Thankfully, with a few policy changes it can resume it's former glory as one of the most beautiful resorts in Phoenix. They need dog-free rooms set...

Stayed here for one night on a business trip, through American Express Platinum Fine Hotels & Resorts program. What a gem of a property! The grounds and the layout were stunning, really very unique, and I wished I had stayed here longer. Fantastic service... and the restaurant/bar area were a nice, quiet hideaway. Wonderful food. Will stay again, for sure....
