I travel for work, and live in hotels. I can truly say it was some of the best costumer service I have had in the last 63 countries I have travelled to. Bianca, Liz, Vihn, Frank, Victor. The most accommodating and kind staff you’ll meet. They went out of their way to be helpful. Knew the guests by name. I’ll come back just to say hello to the staff!

We stay at this Drury Inn every time we come to Phoenix. The employees are awesome. We had a problem with the internet. Called the front desk and they solved the problem. They called back to make sure we were not having any more problems. I asked for more towels and within ten minutes they were at our room. The inn has hot breakfast which is great.Eggs, oatmeal, fruit, biscuit, gravy, sausage and muffins. At 5:30 they have a kickback and they serve drinks and have a different menu every night. Last night barbecue sliders, baked beans, salad and fruit. It used to be a buffet but due to covid they serve you. Each time we stay here I am impressed by the high level of customer service. Every single employee we have encountered are extremely helpful. I highly recommend this Drury Inn.

We only stayed here one night, but it was great! We didn't care for the hotel we stayed in the previous night, and walked across the street to check this one out, and we checked in then and there! It was the same rate as our previous hotel, but the Drury was much nicer all around. Staff were awesome, the rate actually included 3 drinks each and a buffet (served, of course due to covid) dinner, AND a hot breakfast in the morning! Will definitely choose this brand in the future!

Drury hotel chain – started in AZ, throughout the US. 4.5 – 5 start hotel for bang of money. (paid $95 - one night) FIRST HOTEL: Happy Valley, just 20 minutes North of Phoenix, [airport]. it was our first night in town. Completely shocked when receiving our room and key at this hotel, Duane the manager at this location was super friendly and helpful – his badge said he had worked there for 10 years. Once checked in, with all the amenities.. heated outdoor pool, outdoor hot tub, gym, free breakfast 6:30ma-9:30am. They ALSO do a FREE dinner and drink meal at the hotel, served from 5:30-7:30pm. • (3) three free drinks at the bar, per person. Just Tip. 😊 • Unlimited* food – be kind / responsible. First night: Chicken tacos with salad and all the good sides, the main meal about 3-4 star? Made a salad, was full. SECOND HOTEL: Drury Phoenix Airport (paid $115 for one night) Final night: chicken tenders with broccoli alfredo, salad. Employees got to eat free* - I hope.. they seemed happy there and 1 employee from both locations, in two different cities mentioned how the hotel was loyal to employees during the pandemic… even the [very] new hires. (age, color, sex/gender was all diverse) snacks located in lobby - also.. MOST importantly... they had coffee and hot water + tea bags 24/7.. i mean 24/7 - it was lovely. Highly rated hotel - felt like they thought threw all the details. Thank you so much!!!

Room was clean, bed comfortable breakfast and dinner were good, drug dealers in parking lot no security around. Check in and check out was easy. It was worth the price. Staff did nothing about making me feel safer.
