This is a nice hotel, except for a problem with airflow in the building which draws the kitchen smells into the guest rooms. The open/balcony hallways look great, but the smells from below waft up and under the doors. I had to use towels to try to block the smells from coming in. Also, there really aren't restaurants or good...

Thank you for staying with us and leaving a review about your experience. I'm sorry the restaurant aromas infiltrated your room. I'm making an assumption that it was early morning when we are preparing breakfast. I personally inspected the room when I received your survey yesterday and didn't experience that, but that was late in the afternoon. Thank you for...

Very friendly and helpful staff. Building and amenities seem a bit outdated, but very well kept and very clean. Beds were comfy and clean. located next to a light rail tram stop. 15 minutes from leaving hotel to getting to the downtown area

What a shot of luxury! I stayed at this hotel en route to some music gigs in California. I was greeted by Jr. Garcia at the front desk. He was very friendly and professional and made me feel very much like a valued guest. I'd like to commend the general manager Jay Anderson for running such a class act! The...

Hilton Phoenix Suites was a superior hotel with very friendly and professional staff. The hotel itself was extremely clean and accommodating to my wife and I. Complementary bottled water upon check in was very nice. A quiet stay in a super clean and large room was the best way to wrap up our weekend trip to Phoenix. Not to mention...

I read some pretty critical reviews and almost bailed but am glad that I didn't. The location is great...steps away from the light rail (which I took advantage of). Easy UBER ride to/from the airport (about $11) - skipped the light rail for that ($2 per ride or $4 for the entire day). The hotel was sold out so I...

We booked this hotel for 2 nights at the last minute after our plans in another city were cancelled. This is a modern hotel with a beautify open lobby and very nice guest rooms. We were told that they recently upgraded the wifi at the hotel but it was still awful. They even sent a "technician " to our room...

Hilton Phoenix Suites was situated close to everything, the Art Museum and Hurd Museum and mass transit rail. The staff went out of their way to make my stay incredible. Liked the free supply of bottled water and the facilities in the suite. Microwave, frig and sink. Suites were like Embassy Suites great experience

Overall disappointed with this hotel. The HH app says this hotel offers local shuttle service. Which was a factor in reserving this hotel. After checking in, I called the front desk to get more information about their shuttle service, which their response was "what shuttle?" I then explained that it was on the HH app and their guest service book...
