Oh heck no.... My husband and I booked a room online before even seeing the place in person. Number one, don't really like the fact that they put us in a room in the very back. No other vehicles around , there is a tall gated fence and wall, but I felt very unsafe. There were cigarette burns in the pillow and the mattress had a zip cover on it ( yes I wanted to make sure no bugs were around). The room was not like the one in the picture, was completely bare and it honestly looked horrible. I would rather sleep in my car. Hubby and I left immediately. I would rather go somewhere else and spend more money than stay in that run down room for a night.

I’ve been traveling for more than a few decades. After all these years I’m (finally) impressed enough to compel me to write a review. Whether a good experience or a bad experience, I have , heretofore , written my reviews with my wallet. If I like the hotel I revisit. If not, take my money elsewhere. Norma of Red Roof Inn changed the way I look at RRI Midtown of PHX. Norma was very cheerful, warm, and inviting. But, her professionalism was on display to the fullest. She stayed 1 step ahead of me and each of my concerns were addressed and put to rest with attention to detail that I typically only receive at hotels of a much more expensive variety. Thanks Norma! You make Red Roof Inn my first choice when I need a hotel.
