I booked a room at the last minute on the internet ( through TripAdvisor ) due to unforeseen circumstances. I thought for the price I paid ( double their normal rate due to high demand in the area ) I would at least get a decent room. As soon as we walked in it was obviously a smokers room. My...

Good: Very clean. Desk staff very friendly, courteous, and helpful. Comfortable. Bad: Old, shabby, dirty on the outside. No elevator (2 stories). Old fashioned shower curtain that clings to you. No fridge or microwave. Pricey, but last minute.

The room were showing there age paint was pealing from the ceiling and the tub was a joke. The bed was comfortable enough if you don't mind a wake up call at 8am by the landscapers outside you door it could be tolerable. But for the money a motel 6 may be a better choice.

hotel is run down and needs some paint. Walkways and stairs not clean. Bathroom not as clean as it should be, there was hair in the corners from previous guests and the tile is stained. the one redeeming quality was the comfortable bed and i slept very well until the gardeners showed up at 8:00AM and started using gas powered...

We have stayed at this motel before. It is one of the nicer ones at this price level. The location allows us to visit several Baseball Spring Training sites in a few minutes drive. The carpet had some stains but it otherwise felt clean. The motel regulations say smoking is allowed only in designated areas. But people smoke outside on...

Rooms are dated and maintenance is marginal. Common areas are very nice. Pool and hot tub were great. Breakfast just OK. WiFi was also marginal. More characters just to satisfy the stupid minimum so I'll keep typing just to make this machine happy.

Thank you for the ability to review this property. I was less than satisfied for the money spent, but you are doing some things right like the pool area, the lawns and the beds...those are nice. Tennis courts are advertised and the court is abandoned and dirty with no net. Our bathroom was dirty: stained tub, stains on the floor...

The hotel is right off of the 101 and Greenway. It's a little tricky to get into (turning left onto traffic going onto the freeway); however, you get used to it! The hotel is a little older than most La Quinta's; but, it's well maintained. The room itself was clean and well maintained. The staff was very nice and knowledgeable...
