We were vandalized last night, and we were parked next to the office. I mean we had the room above the office... the attendant knew that our vehicle was broken into and they did not tell us about it. And when I asked them why they didn’t call the police or let us know what had happen, the attendant proceeded to argue with me about the situation. Drug dealer and prostitution is going on in the area... rooms are old and smells like unwashed body. Yuk!!!
Booked without reading the reviews. It was late and we had a long busy day helping our son move into his new apartment. The hotel needs a complete renovation. The room was dirty. Stains on the covers. The shower faucet didn’t close right. People walking up and down by our room all night. Did not feel safe. The morning we were getting our things together to check out we saw a roach on the wall. Gross! For reasons out of my control we had to stay for a few extra days; so we decided to find a different hotel. DO NOT STAY HERE!
I arrived mid day and dropped off my bags. Fast and efficient check in prices. The Room smelled like stale smoke. No fridge or microwave. Bath tub looked Un cleaned because it was just old. When I returned back to hotel the atmosphere was real uncomfortable. People were hanging outside kept walking past my room . Loud talking obvious prostitution and drug deals were being made when I approached my room. Not the best side of town but convenient. Someone kept trying to enter my room from the adjoining door connected to my room . I had to yell stop . I called front Desk for security. Front desk offered another room or a refund . I had already paid for 2 days on my credit card and it would take almost a week to reverse the charges. I already spent a lot of money for daughter’s college dorm move in . It was too late for me to find another hotel and I was exhausted. I had one more day to stay and I just returned late as possible to sleep for early flight out . I could even hear the Starbucks drive thru speaker taking orders until they closed . Good thing I can say is the water was hot enough and my bed was comfortable and well made. Easy check in process …
The front desk staff were friendly and professional. They complied with Covid infection control guidelines in the front office. The hotel, rooms & location were not good. Repairs were needed. The rooms were older and needed some deep cleaning and maintenance.
