My husband was in Phoenix for business, myself for pleasure. The room was a nice size but the bed was a bit uncomfortable. I took an uber to the Biltmore to enjoy lunch, now that hotel has an amazing pool and relaxing atmosphere. We did enjoy breakfast at the Hyatt and service was fine.

Was in town for a HOTEL convention and one of the places that were on the discounted ( $209.99 per night ) list to stay was the Hyatt regency. The lobby was well appointed and thoughtfully planned. There was a wow factor to the lobby to a certain extent. However when I made it to the room it was a...

With the exception of housekeeping, that staff has been very good. Property is run down, needs a definite renovation---carpet is worn, holes in the wall, damaged furniture, etc. I haven't had hot water in two days and they can't seem to fix it. For $200 a night you would think that you could get hot water! There are other options...

Staff was very friendly upon checkin. Nice to see a smiling face after a long drive into town. Everything needed is within walking distance of hotel. Many restaurants open late if you need a lets night meal. Parking at this hotel is a minor annoyance. The hotel has an agreement with local parking garage.

Just spent the weekend in Phoenix. Hot weather and a great location across the street from the Convention Center. Front desk staff was friendly and welcoming. Our room was clean and quiet. I loved that there was a selection of pillows on the bed. The concierge was helpful and booked our dinner reservation for Saturday night.

The good: Very helpful staff and the location is very good if you want to stay downtown. Lots of very good restuarants and bars with live music, close to convention center, baseball stadium and other attractions. The bad: The hotel is older and I think some of the carpets, furnishings and such are a little tired but my biggest issue...

Stayed here again as we were going to a concert downtown. Easy check in. The front desk were friendly. Lots of elevators so there was never a long wait. Nicely appointed and clean room. Very close to many of the concert venues. We will stay there again soon. Highly recommend.

Room was great. Overlooking pool and downtown. Great location for everything downtown. Slow day. Busy nights. Bar staff in lobby bar were awesome. Natalie at front desk was a credit to the team. Only negative was key issues.....
