Tlhe property is updated; the rooms are super clean; the front desk staff is professional; the amenities feel more resort-like than airport hotel-like. Check out time is 12:00 noon. Bathrooms and bedding nice and high quality. Very impressed overall.

The rooms are decent, they are trying to upgrade their A/C units and all three separate trips i had to call maintenance to fix the A/C unit in the ceiling as the room was too hot. The first week breakfast was complimentary, the second and 3rd week were not. Every time i requested a high floor room with King bed...

Great Hotel, rooms very clean and nice layout. Front Desk agents were great, meeting rooms were good as well. The Ball Room was awesome. The Bar Staff was very good, one rude one tho... LOL I would recommend this hotel if you are ever in Phoenix for business or vacationing.

Nice hotel close to the airport. Nice pool facility. Food was average at best. Room was nice, great bed, not too soft. Slept like a baby. The only bad part of the stay was the food. Had a steak the first night and it sucked. Service was sos so.

As nice as it gets for an Airport adjacent hotel! Clean, spacious, friendly super-helpful concierge, and the kind of rooms and attention you expect in a high-end big city Hotel. Honestly, as "nice" an airport-adjacent hotel as I have ever stayed in.

Good clean hotel. Good value for the money. A little far away from shopping, dining or other excursion types of activities. Super close to the airport. Great and helpful shuttle service to and from the airport.

My husband and I have been coming to the Hilton Airport Hotel since 1997 we love the location, service and being recognized as returning customers. The Executive Lounge is relaxing and Gloria always is smiling and recognizes her returning customers. They can not do enough for you. The Rimrock has good food and the bar area is fun.

We live two hours north of Phoenix and often travel to other cities in the US and other countries. Normally, we need to take early morning flights and, there fore, chose a hotel near the PHX airport and Park our car at TheParking Spot #1. If we could find a more welcoming hotel meeting our needs - wewouldgo there despite...

I stayed six days and called 3 times to fix an issue and they never showed. They have a front area that has small stuff to buy for your stay, coffee sun lotion ex. But it's always closed. No free wifi. Breakfast buffet is $20 and it's no better than a free one at every other hotel I've ever stayed....

Perfect location for 13-24 hour layovers in Phoenix. In order to get an inexpensive Round Trip to Cabo San Lucas, we had to purchase a trip with a 13 hour layover in Phoenix. We got their at almost 8pm and had dinner at the bar with Terry. She knew we needed to get to bed early enough to get some...
