I was not pleased with this Best Western. Access to the 2nd & 3rd floors was via an outside walkway. Traffic from the Interstate 17 made it way too noisy. We should have booked at the Best Western Airport.

This BW was recommended to me. I was happy with the cleanliness of the room, the facilities, the proximity to public transport enabling me to get around Phoenix easily, and the location of nearby restaurants and fast food places, something for every preference. Breakfast was included in the room rate. The area was not great and the access roads not...

I was disappointed in this Best Western. Please think twice before staying here. The location name is misleading. To get to the Metro Center mall, it takes driving and traffic to the mall is congested. The staff need customer service and better coordination with other hotel booking sites. I had to call the hotel to get my security deposit back...

During the night, water leaked from the ceiling so at 2:30AM the night manager moved me to another room, and said their would be an adjustment on my bill for the inconvenience. At checkout, there was no adjustment, nor could they find the manager, Cole. They tried by page and by his cell phone, they could not locate him. The...

Well, I filled out a survey for Best Western and I got an immediate response saying that I would get a refund for posting a response saying that this place is good. I don't think I should have to lie to get a refund for saying good things about a bad place. At any rate, I asked for a room...

The noise of the beds kept us up most of the night. No matter how you lied on it, the bed made a noise. It was so late and we were tired from our drive that we decided to try and bear the noise. That was the wrong choice for us.

Overall hotel is average in amenities, my room needed the beds to be updated, they were old and not comfortable at all because the mattresses were deteriorated. They did not provided enough towels, even though we notified front desk of the situation. Printing boarding passes was a nightmare, the desktop provided for this purpose is dated and had technical problems...

Our room was in disrepair. It had no smoke alarm, just a hole in the ceiling with wires hanging out, the shower handle fell off when my husband turned on the shower, there was NO hot water in the morning, there were room keys on the bed when we arrived (from who, I have no clue), the bathroom door was...

We got a good night sleep. This hotel was very close to Metro Center. Getting on and off the free way was very easy. We didn't eat breakfast at the hotel because we got up late, but it looked and smelled good. The staff"s direction to were we wanted to go was on spot, very good.

My stay was average. The room did not feel the cleanest to me and the toilet in my room would not flush. Also there was a draft under my door which let in the could and also noise from some activity going on in the parking lot late at night. The most disappointing thing to me about this hotel was...
