I have to say that I'm not fond of staying in these big corporate high-rise hotels to begin with. I would much rather have a smaller hotel with more intimate service. The staff were friendly but sometimes steered us toward buses that don't run on a holiday. We had to ask the maid on which floor the pool and Gym...

I travel extensively for business and live a life of a revolving door in hotels. I want to extend a heartfelt thank you to Jazzmon and your fantastic staff for always being warm, courteous, professional, and overall welcoming. Arriving after a day of travel and pure exhaustion, Jazzmon went above and beyond to ensure that I and my coworkers were...

Excellent service, very friendly hotel. Staff goes above and beyond. "Stylist" brought my wife a care package as she was not feeling well, including teas, cough drops, lip balm. We did not meet a staff member who did not speak and often would ask how our stay was. Location is convenient to shopping/restaurants. I highly recommend this hotel and would...

I stay there for three days in February for a convention and enjoyed downtown Phoenix convention center one block away and one event was at the baseball field very nice . The hotel was still under construction outside but the indoor area is very nice . Had lunch at the restaurant bar when I arrived and had a great Turkey...

We're glad you were with us for your convention, and that you enjoyed your turkey sandwich in our brand new urban saloon, Dust Cutter. Thanks for the kind words!

OK, I post quite a lot of hotel reviews, and I'm pretty critical...but the Renaissance Phoenix Downtown Hotel gets two thumbs up from me. From valet parking, to the front desk, to the maids, everyone in this place is working hard to do it right. The property is undergoing some construction, but the management is doing it right and minimizing...

Oh no! Our windows do indeed open! We are the only hotel in downtown Phoenix with that wonderful feature. So sorry you missed out on the fantastic breeze that comes up the face of the building and right into the rooms. I sincerely hope you come see us again and let in the outside! Thanks so much for the great...

The only thing preventing this from five stars is the entertainment suite in the rooms has not yet been updated to include internet entertainment features like Netflix and pandora. The rooms, lobby, fitness center, rooftop patio and pool, and exterior are gorgeous. They did a fantastic job with their renovation. I highly recommend spending at least a night here the...

great front desk on check in. They stressed the lounge was great- but once I got there all the food was gone- and once it is out is done. Just a joke- would not recommend to anyone. Add in a little hostility from the staff it's really a horrible trip to the 19th floor.

We are so sorry for your experience in our lounge. We should always offer something even after the main food has been cleared away due to health code restrictions. In no way should any staff member be hostile at any time, please accept our apologies. Both issues will brought to the attention of senior management. We sincerely appreciate your letting...

We recently stayed three nights at the Renaissance Phoenix, and it was a great experience. From the beautiful lighting fixture in the lobby to the free cocktail at 6:00 in the evening to breakfast in the morning - everything a hotel stay should be this one was. The staff were courteous and helpful, especially, Tim, the concierge. Although I had...

Travel to Phoenix often for business, but stayed at the Renaissance for the first time this week. Older hotel that recently completed a remodel of lobby but considerable construction on exterior still. Rooms are updated and very comfortable, however windows are very small and make rooms feel closed in compared to other hotels. Staff as a general comment is excellent...
