This hotel is awesome...great service, a fabulous pool area, and a wonderful restaurant on site. The owners really care that the guests have a fun time, and this hotel is a great value. Very fairly priced for the environment, which is hip, creative, and fun. Check out the rooftop deck for fabulous views of the city!

I found this to be a nice little hotel that was a great value. I booked at the last minute and they were very accommodating, letting me check in hours early. The rooms were okay, nothing special, comfortable bed. Very nice pool in the courtyard of the hotel. Great casual restaurant in the lobby, and there is also a rooftop...

My parents just stayed two nights there (I spent time with them there). The staff was knowledgeable, interactive and very helpful. The pool area was very cool, hot tub was huge with a glass water wall all on one side... The restaurant was amazing and somehow my mom had a Cheeseburger w fries at a mexican restaurant..(I think they had...

This is certainly not a 4 star hotel. Noisy air conditioning units mounted to the walls, hard, uncomfortable beds, dark rooms from what I'm guessing is the 1960's. The refrigerator in the room was not working. The service was spotty with terrible service received from a gentleman in the restaurant and again from a gentleman at the front desk. This...

Thank you so much for your review.... I'd like to address your concerns below: * We really are a 4-star property... as rated independently by almost 40 different online travel sites and other travel publications... if a limited service hotel with no on-site restaurant, no on-site spa, no rooftop deck, and no special pool area is 3.5 stars, we're definitely...

Hotel elevator broken. We were required to climb 4 flights of stairs on different ends of the hotel. Made the reservations in July and still stuck us in a room where all you hear is the sound of heavy construction. What a shame!! Only view is a concrete wall approximately 6 feet from the only window. As it is nascar...

Sorry, but I think this must be for the wrong property, as I've been at the hotel all weekend and the elevator has not been broken at all... we were putting brand new tile down on one elevator landing and there was a sign to not use that one floor for a short while, while the grout was curing.... perhaps...

This will definitely be my go-to hotel if I am ever in the Phoenix area again. At first, I was a bit worried when I drove up and it looked small from the outside, the hallways are reminiscent of dorms or barracks. But the rooms are nicely decorated and the bed was super comfy. The pool looked awesome, possibly the...

Best bed ever. Seriously. I have a TempurPedic at home and thought I had the best bed, that was until I stayed at the Clarendon. Their beds are amazingly comfortable - I almost didn't want to leave it -- but I also couldn't resist the pool - which is one of the best hotel pools I've ever seen. Best part...

Need to stay in PHX and the usual suspects were booked and pricey. Did search and found this place. I am SO happy I did. The restaurant has great food and a good price. Lots of interesting people waltzing around here and lots of lovely women! It's very cool, very hip, very unique and just very good. HAd to go...

Too pricy with too many problems happened to me: - bed bugs in the room of the colleague (!), good that she took photos of them, because the staff initially denied it, and afterwards they just blew the room with a hair dryer! - electronic room lock of my room was out of charge two times, so i had to...
