the stay was nice, the staff was excellent. Only downside was that, for a full hotel, there was very limited restaurant and bar service - so limited we didn't even happen to make it in time for any of their openings during our 2.5 day stay and had to trek out for meals. Would have liked to see more availability... More

I recently stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn Phoenix Midtown for 2 nights. It was centrally located for where I was going during my trip, which was essentially all over town (Spring Training games included). Others have mentioned the parking: there is basically another office building between the hotel and the parking lot. So you have to walk partially around... More

We checked in on a Friday afternoon. We were on the 2nd floor in the cabana tower. The room was large and lovely and had a small balcony with 2 chairs and a small table that over looked the pool. The fire pit was directly below so we enjoyed sitting outside in the evening and sipping our wine while we... More

Booked a king bed. Got 2 doubles. Staff was polite, but problem with bed overshadowed that. Breakfast was typical buffet-style, but dining room was bright and pleasant in the morning. Room and hotel were clean, but it was a long walk from the parking lot to the west tower where our room was located.

The facility and the location in the city was fine. The parking was a little inconvenient but the staff told us we could unload our car from the lobby check-in before we moved it. The reservation process and the room were an issue though. We originally booked two rooms, one with a king size bed, the other with two double... More

Visited for a national conference and this hotel was only one of many that offered government rates and followed through with the price. Place was excellent in offering free parking, clean pool, less busy than hotels near the convention center, and their customer service was exceptional. I plan to stay here any time in Phoenix versus the high priced hotels... More

This was a really nice hotel to be at for business. The pool is great and the rooms are really big and clean. The select comfort beds are amazingly comfortable. We loved that we could decide how firm it was. I'd highly recommend this hotel to stay in when you're in Phoenix.

we recently stayed 5 nights at the Midtown Hilton, on the first day we ate breakfast in the restaurant. the breakfast was $10.95 Buffett style only. As we ate, the waitress stated if we wanted, omelets, pancakes, etc. to ask and they would bring them out. the breakfast was subpar and we commented to the management, who stated they were... More

Loved the location. We spent the night to attend a concert downtown and train stop was close to hotel which saved big on downtown parking. When you check in make sure instructions are told how to adjust bed for your comfort. That was lacking upon our check-in making sleep less than comfortable. The hotel made right our discomfort.

Great room, Keurig coffee, hair dryer, flat screen TV, iron and ironing board although I did not use those, etc. Had a great breakfast, excellent coffee, and service. Close to the Phoenix Convention Center. Restaurants within walking distance.
