It was an ordinary experience nothing special except the staff were exceptional I will give you that. My coffee machine didn't work, I was told I was getting a window with a view and my view was of wall corners and not the city. The worst thing which is the most important was that the top sheet of my bed...

I recently stayed at this hotel for a weekend to enjoy a concert. The Location was very convenient and the staff were very polite. If you are looking for a hotel to stay at that in Downtown Phoenix, this hotel is a good option.

The hotel is close to the light rail line, making transportation convenient to get to other parts of Phoenix. The hotel also has a shuttle that can take guests to the light rail station or nearby businesses. I have stayed here several times, and on this visit, someone had apparently placed shampoo or soap in the hot tub, which made...

I look forward to visiting Phoenix again just to stay at this hotel. I had a cabana room with a patio & direct access to the pool area. The pool area is very clean & decorate with fun in mind, palm trees, hot tub, the rock wall is a water fall, lava rocks that have fire at night. The room...

The hotel is in a great location, near good restaurants. The hotel restaurant is not the best (for dinner), but we had a good selection of places to eat nearby. The breakfast is pretty good, though! All in all a pretty good place to stay.

The hotel staff were friendly and informative. Only issue I had was with my room keys not working several times over the course of 4 days. The views and property were exceptional. Nice restaurant and bar too.

The room was very clean and comfortable. We liked the Keurig coffee maker in the room and Nice-quality bathroom/shower priducts. What we didn't like was the long walk from the parking lot to the room and the fact that we had to pay an additional $10/person for breakfast (which was nothing special).

I arrived late on a flight for a business trip and was so pleased by how comfortable the bed was, how clean the room was overall, and how spacious it was. I really felt relaxed and at home even though I was very far from home. My only issues were the parking is a little wonky being down the road...

The hotel staff was excellent and very helpful. The first room I was in had some issues, poor draining tub, small, but the staff relocated me to a superior room and took very good care of me. Would choose this location again.

I was not impressed but I did not pick the hotel. The biggest problem seemed to be staff. Very poor service all around. Just not well trained- for instance, my room key was not working, and I asked the desk clerk for a replacement. She never asked my name or for ID! That is terrible training! Actually- the one nice...
