We booked a night at this hotel and it was the most disgusting thing ever. There was hair of the previous user all over the bed. We asked for another room and got bad service from the women at the front desk.
Rooms were clean and beds were super comfortable. Neighborhood isn’t so friendly but the Front desk assistant (Veronica) was very nice and helped us to the best of her ability. She made sure we were comfortable and assured us security will be on site for certain hours.
Cleanliness of this particular hotel much better than those within the same company. Staff are awesome deserve a raise (assuming pay is not way higher than average.) I did not use a vehicle, many things in close proximity for walking & public transit. If you are of the "judgmental variety," denigrating those without housing and addiction issues, then use your vehicle and don't look at anyone, mainly yourself to keep your superiority belief intact until the day your castle walls fall!
Im not going to lie. the area and the people are straight up junkies and very aggressive! I only stayed 2 of my 5 nights. The whole time the front desk had wasted people yelling and threatening them. Every person that worked there was FRIENDLY and PROFESSIONAL. When I checked out (EARLY) the man at the front desk refunded the nights I didn't stay. If youve ever dealt with a big chain like Red Roof Inn corporate NEVER answers back. As soon as I sent an email Antoinette answered and assured me of my refund. The rooms were nice and the hotel is nice. But the locals... KUDOS TO RED ROOF INN for surprising me with your quick response and professionalism.
Room was very dirty Had to go buy cleaning products & broom Thoroughly cleaned floors, rug, wiped down bed headboard, nightstand;, behind toilet, under heating/cooling system, under bed, fridge, & microwave. The rooms need a deep cleaning ASAP
