Highly recommend! Friendly staff and guests, very cozy and warm vibe, and comfortable beds. The airport is an easy ~30 minute ride away on the bus or light rail, and you can walk or take public transportation to many interesting spots from this location. Would stay again if ever in Phoenix.

It’s a nice place to stay. Location is good. Well connected. Staffs were well mannered and helpful especially Keith and Moly were very helpful. 24 Hours check in is not available. So guys please inform the staff your expected time of arrival in advance. Rooms are well maintained. Ambience was soothing. Breakfast had limited choices. But its ok. The reception has lot of information about phoenix and places to see in and around phoenix. So check those. Over all it was a nice experience. I will surely stay there again.

After trouble with baggage, the staff at the Phoenix Hostel were incredibly accommodating and friendly. It was a great place to stay, and my only regret was not staying long enough to participate in some of the planned activities and interact more with the staff.

Great location. Easygoing! Quiet and not loud and partying. You can interact with others if desired. Into promoting diversity, peace and recycling. The place has been newly painted, is well-organized, and provides information on local activities and modes of transportation. Thank you!

I got a private room; it was comfy, tranquil, with a heater and DTV. The kitchen lacked kitchen paper and the common places to store food were a bit crowded. The shower stalls were very small. Grapefruits for free. Some members of the staff seemed to be permanently annoyed, disimulating it or not disimulating at all; perhaps their job is insatisfactory to them. One of them seemed a round-eared vulcan, or a young version of Beverly Hofstadter; or perhaps she is a typical Capricorn. Or maybe all of them were in "those days". Some guests showed the same behavior (mostly the women), shunning looks, not answering my greetings, not thanking my gentlenesses. I do not know if this was with everyone or just with me. She who seemed to be boss, was the opposite, all my votes to her.
